Made these for another pet mod, so I figured I might as well submit them here too.

Pokémon: Alolan Lapras
New Typing:

New Abilities: Lightning Rod/Iron Barbs (Hydration)
New Stats: 130/85/95/85/80/60 [535, swap Special Defense and Defense]
New Moves: Flash Cannon, Iron Defense, Metal Sound (3)

Flavor/Design: Lapras with a longer, metallic horn on its head, and sharp spikes on a metallic shell.
Alolan Lapras are a new breed that are far more resilient to poaching. Their Shells are as hard as carbon steel, and are covered with very sharp and painful barbs. If Lapras lets you ride on its shell without hurting you, it is a sign that it trusts you. These Lapras have grown a larger, metallic horn that functions like a lightning rod during storms. They have learned to store the electric power from a lightning strike, and fire it back at poachers or other foes.

Flavor/Design: Arcanine with white fur and black stripes. This new breed of the "legendary Pokémon" no longer has fire in its body for fuel, instead it stores light from the moon, and uses it as energy to sustain it as it runs the great distances and speeds that Arcanine are known for. As it runs, its fur glows with the dazzling brilliance of the full moon.

Flavor/Design: White Clefable with the middle of its body looking rocky with small craters. Clefable in the Kalos region have developed hard, rock like bodies, which have the same composition as moon rocks. Some scientists believe that it gazes intently at the sky on nights with a full moon because it's planning on going back to the moon. They don't like to reveal themselves in front of people, so live in packs high up on isolated mountaintops.

Pokémon:Hoennian Girafarig

Flavor/Design: Front side looks similar to normal Girafarig, but the hind legs have developed shorter legs that turn into long flipper like feet, and a longer, fish like tail that still has its second head. It's rear half is a darker blue, that blends in with the sea.
It has adapted to travel between the various islands in the Hoenn region by developing flippers and a stronger tail, allowing it to swim with deceptive speed for something its size. It runs from land predators by running into the water and swimming away, and can retreat from ocean predators by running onto dry land. It travels from island to island eating leaves with it's front head, and grass with its tail head.

Flavor/Design: While normal Smeargle are still around, some Smeargle went for a more rouge style in areas like Castelia, Nimbasa, and Virbank City. They use graffiti like their Johtoian counterparts, but on a more epic, and dangerous, scale, claiming any area they see as their own with outlandish designs. Each one has a unique signature made from special paints. They are sleepless as a result, and several pair up with rebel gangs to cause havoc. Some have also managed to change their type, which is shown through their multicolored bodies. These Smeargle don't have a beret, but a hoodie like Scrafty, but without that awkward mohawk and with their hood always up, revealing a messier version of the paw mark. The rings under their eyes are bigger and black, and the body also has a darker shade. The paintbrush is replaced with a spray can, also leaking out green paint. Inspired by Banksy, but also other prolific graffiti artists.

Well, for my Smeargle, I actually switched the Attack and Special Attack stats with the Defense and Special Defense stats, and switch those stats with each other.

Alolan Shiftry gained its Fire typing as a result of its continual exposure to the sunlight of Alola. The flames on its back repel Bugs that would otherwise attack it to eat the leaves on its arms.

Flavor/Design: Slightly purpler tint to its overall body, with its icicle "beard" being larger, black, and drooping as if the icicles weren't fully solid. Sinnoan Beartic came to be different from normal Beartic as a result of overexposure to toxic chemicals following an oil spill that happened in Lake Acuity 50 years ago. These chemicals have made Sinnoan Beartic significantly more sluggish than normal Beartic, however it has also gained a Poison typing. It uses this typing to create corrosive snowballs which can erode metal away in as little as 30 seconds.

Hoennian Porygon gained a Steel typing when a computer it was inside was left out in the rain on Route 119. This typing makes it waterproof and unaffected by the natural environment. Hoennian Porygon is able to use cyberspace as a form of transportation to travel anywhere around the world in as little time as 4 milliseconds.

Despite its Steel typing, Hoennian Porygon2 is lighter and slightly more agile than normal Porygon2. After their success enabling Hoennian Porygon to travel to other countries via cyberspace, scientists created Hoennian Porygon2 with the intention of being able to travel between multiple planets. Unfortunately, they have yet to establish an interplanetary cyberspace network, so the plan has not yet been realized.

Flavor: Once mega evolved, Altaria gains better control of its gas. It is now capable of making it not harmful. The only time where a MEga Altaria would allow its gas to poison someone would be in self-defense or in a battle.

Design: It keeps the rabbit-like design its standard form has, however, its right ear isn't curled anymore. The tips of its ears have gotten longer, almost into short tail-like forms, however, the tips of its "tails" don't end in a direct point. Instead, they end in three separate points, something like this: /\/\/\. Anyways, the fur on its body has became dark gray, and its "tails" have became light purple, and its paws are a darker shade of gray.
Flavor: Many Buneary that migrated to Unova found surviving a harsh and difficult task. They were forced to compete for food and territory with the Abra that lived in the same areas as they did, and almost all of them were forced out by the Abra that lived in the area. Wanting revenge, many of them slowly developed mysterious powers through their vengeance. Once these Buneary developed their powers, though, those powers were uncontrollable, causing things to mysteriously move. If a Buneary's psychic powers only give you a small shock, then know that they have full trust in you. If they sense danger, they lose control over their powers, though. They can use their powers to attack, move things around, or read others' minds.

Its legs now have purple markings on them, and the dress-like fur is about the same color of its "sleeves" up until the ends, which are light gray.

Design: Having revealed its "sleeves", its fingers seem to have developed a mysterious blue essence around them. Its ears are mostly the same, however, they too seem to have a mysterious blue essence surrounding them. Aside from its head, its body from the neck downwards has turned dark gray in color, with purple markings on its legs, almost looking like spikes.
Flavor: Once mega evolved, all of its inner strength goes to the psychic energy within itself, making its psychic powers even more powerful. It is aggressive and will use them to attack intruders or anyone that it doesn't fully trust, although it will take orders from and protect its trainer from harm.

Flavor/Design: The yellow rings around Umbreon’s ears and tail are zigzagged and look like they have electrical charges running through them. It also has lightning bolt-shaped tufts at the joints of its paws. Unovan Umbreon gained its Electric typing, faster Speed, and higher Attack power when Thundurus appeared suddenly during a lunar eclipse, bringing a massive thunderstorm with it. Unovan Umbreon absorbs solar energy while sleeping during the day to charge its electricity that it uses when hunting at night. It looks and sounds like a lightning bolt when striking its prey.

(Note: with the Eeveelution, I wanted it to be a role reversal from what you usually expect that Pokemon to do in battle. Plus, we haven't had one yet whose top two stats were Attack and Speed.)

Design: Having revealed its "sleeves", its fingers seem to have developed a mysterious blue essence around them. Its ears are mostly the same, however, they too seem to have a mysterious blue essence surrounding them. Aside from its head, its body from the neck downwards has turned dark gray in color, with purple markings on its legs, almost looking like spikes.
Flavor: Once mega evolved, all of its inner strength goes to the psychic energy within itself, making its psychic powers even more powerful. It is aggressive and will use them to attack intruders or anyone that it doesn't fully trust, although it will take orders from and protect its trainer from harm.​

Flavor: Living near the Solaceon Ruins empowered Wynaut's tail to take over the entirety of Wynaut's body, leaving the original body stuck in the tail. Sinnoan Wynaut stand completely still in the ruins, often being mistaken as statues. They are quite mischievous and steal trinkets from passing tourists.

Flavor: Wynaut that have been changed by the ruins eventually evolve into the lazy Sinnoan Wobuffett. These Wobbuffet are very rare and command small gangs of Wynauts throughout the Solaceon Ruins. A Sinnoan Wobuffet's lair is full of knickknacks that its Wynaut underlings have stolen for it.
Competitive Analysis: Situational wall with Magic Guard, I guess. Nice movepool for the job and a better version of current Wob in ubers.

Flavor/Design: Slugma were brought over by travelers who, with a lack of a natural volcano, hoped to create a man-made one. This however, backfired miserably, and Slugma were soon populating most of Kalos' cities. Their soft bodies quickly adapting to the new environment.

Flavor/Design: Leaving their volcanic resides, Magcargo had taken up the streets of several of Kalos' cities, eating up delicacies from all over. Their lava-coated bodies were a hazard at first, but they eventually adapted to coat themselves with a sweet, sticky substance that can be collected as a delicious treat to a passerby.
