85 HP / 50 Atk / 50 Def / 101 SpA / 81 SpD / 85 Spe

Noctowl-Sinnoh @ Life Orb
Ability: Comatose
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Moonblast
- Dark Pulse
- Nasty Plot
- Roost / Focus Blast / Yawn

Sinnoan Noctowl probably isn't strong enough for an OU environment, but it could potentially hold itself in lower tiers. Comatose makes it immune to status. Dark/Fairy has wide neutral coverage, so it doesn't need to run more than its STABs. Nasty Plot lets it set up, while it has multiple options for its fourth slot.

115 HP / 90 Atk / 100 Def / 134 SpA / 100 SpD / 61 Spe

Dragonite-Johto @ Choice Specs
Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Hydro Pump
- Draco Meteor
- Hurricane
- Thunder

Johtonian Dragonite is a powerful bulky special wallbreaker and rain setter. Rain-boosted Hydro Pump and Draco Meteor do immense damage, with coverage in Hurricane and Thunder getting 100% accuracy in rain.

95 HP / 130 Atk / 80 Def / 90 SpA / 80 SpD / 30 Spe

Beartic-Sinnoh @ Life Orb
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SpD
Brave Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Icicle Crash
- Gunk Shot
- Swords Dance
- Superpower

Sinnoan Beartic is a Swords Dance sweeper that probably does best under Trick Room due to its very low speed. Thick Fat neutralizes its Fire weakness. STAB Icicle Crash and Gunk Shot hit a lot of things that aren't Steel-type, with Superpower providing important coverage against them. Toxic Spikes is another option, but its low speed and poor defensive typing can make it difficult to find an opening to use it.

formerly Ticktock
Smeargle-Unova @ Focus Sash
Ability: Protean
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Sticky Web
- Stealth Rock
- Spore
- Nuzzle/Taunt

Essentially Smeargle, but with a much better ability in the form of Protean, as well as it's higher Speed and kinda usable Attack if you want. A gimmicky Belly Drum set at the very least could work for once as well. However, its bulk is even worse and its vanilla Dark type is weak to even more common types.

Pokémon: Swablu-Unova
New Typing:

New Abilities: Poison Point (Cloud Nine)
New Stats: 55 / 30 / 70 / 30 / 75 / 50 (-10 Attack / Sp Attack, +10 Hp and Defense)
New Moves: Sludge Wave, Smokescreen, Smog, Poison Jab, Venoshock, Poison Gas, Venom Drench (+7)
Removed Moves: Defog, Double-Edge, Facade, Heal Bell, Hyper Voice, Refresh, Tailwind (-7)

Flavor: In Unova, Swablu lived in the Castelia Park when it was still a big area. Over time, Castelia began to become much bigger, with much more buildings, and the area reserved as the park got smaller. With time, the polluted air started to affect the Swablu in the area.

Pokémon: Altaria-Unova
New Typing:

New Abilities: Poison Point (Levitate)
New Stats: 105 / 40 / 105 / 85 / 105 / 50 (-30 Atk / Speed, +30 HP, +15 Def, +15 Sp. Def)
New Moves: Sludge Wave, Smokescreen, Smog, Poison Jab, Venoshock, Poison Gas, Venom Drench (+7)
Removed Moves: Defog, Double-Edge, Facade, Heal Bell, Hyper Voice, Refresh, Tailwind (-7)

Flavor: Unovan Altaria can be found around areas such as Castelia, Virbank Complex, Black City and Driftveil. Despite not being an aggressive pokemon, it is dangerous to get near due to the poisonous gasses it expels
Design: View attachment 163889View attachment 163894

Pokémon: Altaria-Unova-Mega
New Typing:

New Ability: Levitate
New Stats: 105 / 40 / 140 / 115 / 140 / 50 (+30 Sp. Atk, +35 Def, +35 Sp. Def)

Flavor: Once mega evolved, Altaria gains better control of its gas. It is now capable of making it not harmful. The only time where a MEga Altaria would allow its gas to poison someone would be in self-defense or in a battle.

I just noticed Altaria's and Mega Altaria's Special Defense stats aren't correct. Normal Altaria has 105 SpD, so yours should have 120 SpD. Likewise, if you kept the mega's stat changes, Mega Altaria would then have 155 SpD.

That's a typo actually, I meant to put it in Sp Attack (Which, stat-wise, I did). Thanks for noticing tho, will fix

Thanks for voting for my Sinnoan Beartic. Anyway, since Origin0 already made a set for it, I'll make one for another Pokemon.

Altaria-Unova @ Altarianite (or whatever other item would mega evolve Unovan Altaria [Unovaltarianite, perhaps])
Ability: Levitate
EV's: 248 HP / 252 Sp. Def / 8 Sp. Atk
Calm Nature
-Roost
-Haze
-Sludge Wave / Moonblast
-Fire Blast

Roost works well in tandem with Mega Unovan Altaria's excellent bulk while Haze prevents Pokemon from setting up on it. Either Sludge Wave or Moonblast can be used for STAB damage output to go with its respectable Special Attack, and Fire Blast is there to deal with most Steel-types.

I have my entries for the next round ready, but I figure I'll wait a couple more days before submitting them.

Since there hasn't been any activity here in a couple days, I guess I might as well post my entries for the next round.

First, a couple evolution lines of eldritch abominations revived from fossils:

Pokemon: Kalosian Anorith
New Typing:

New Abilities: Battle Armor (Levitate)
New Stats: 45/95/50/40/50/75 (no changes)
New Moves: Acrobatics, Fly, Roost, Dragon Dance, Dragon Claw, Dragon Rush, Draco Meteor, Dragon Tail, Dragon Pulse
Removed Moves: Rock Blast, Rock Polish, Rock Tomb, Smack Down, Stealth Rock, Aqua Jet, Brine, Water Gun, Water Pulse
Flavor/Design: Only four wings, but significantly larger than a normal Anorith’s. Also a slightly brighter green on its body. Kalosian Anorith was formed when archaeologists discovered a deposit of windswept Claw Fossils to the southeast of Ambrette Town. However, because the fossils were damaged, the Anorith resurrected from them reacted strangely and ended up developing unorthodox properties. Kalosian Anorith can glide for 10 seconds when just 5 inches off the ground, but cannot swim or dig, and as such cannot travel very long distances.

Pokemon: Kalosian Armaldo
New Typing:

New Abilities: Battle Armor (Levitate)
New Stats: 75/125/80/45/80/90 (swapped Sp. Atk and Speed, -20 Defense, +20 Speed)
New Moves: Acrobatics, Fly, Roost, Dragon Dance, Dragon Claw, Dragon Rush, Draco Meteor, Dragon Tail, Dragon Pulse
Removed Moves: Rock Blast, Rock Polish, Rock Tomb, Smack Down, Stealth Rock, Aqua Jet, Brine, Water Gun, Water Pulse
Flavor/Design: Armaldo flying with its chest facing the ground, four larger wings, and a black, much sleeker and lankier body. Unlike Kalosian Anorith, Kalosian Armaldo can properly fly, however its large tail makes it very bottom-heavy, so it often has trouble keeping its balance in the air and spends a great deal of energy flapping to stay fully aloft.

Pokemon: Unovan Kabuto
New Typing:

New Abilities: Ice Body/Slush Rush/Magma Armor
New Stats: 30/80/85/55/45/60 (-5 Defense, +5 Speed)
New Moves: Avalanche, Ice Ball, Ice Shard, Icicle Crash, Fire Fang, Flare Blitz, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Flame Charge, Incinerate, Overheat, Will-O-Wisp
Removed Moves: Aqua Jet, Brine, Bubble Beam, Hydro Pump, Surf, Waterfall, Water Gun, Water Pulse, Whirlpool, Rock Polish, Rock Tomb, Smack Down
Flavor/Design: Ice blue body instead of brown, and a more “icy” and jagged look to said body. Its claws are bright red and look like they are made of fire. Unovan Kabuto gained its typing when a large deposit of Dome Fossils were found encased in ice deep inside Twist Mountain. When taken to be resurrected, the Kabuto reacted in unusual manners and developed new types. Unovan Kabuto experiences extreme body temperature swings without warning, so one second it could be cold enough to freeze anything touching it solid, the next second as hot as lava and melting everything around it.

Pokemon: Unovan Kabutops
New Typing:

New Abilities: Ice Body/Slush Rush/Magma Armor
New Stats: 60/115/95/65/65/95 (-10 Defense, -5 Sp. Def, +15 Speed)
New Moves: Avalanche, Ice Ball, Ice Shard, Icicle Crash, Fire Fang, Flare Blitz, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Flame Charge, Incinerate, Overheat, Will-O-Wisp
Removed Moves: Aqua Jet, Brine, Bubble Beam, Hydro Pump, Surf, Waterfall, Water Gun, Water Pulse, Whirlpool, Rock Polish, Rock Tomb, Smack Down
Flavor/Design: Ice blue body instead of brown, with the scythes on its arms, claws on its feet, and spikes on its back looking like bright red/orange flames shaped the same way. Unovan Kabutops’s body temperature has finally stabilized and it has gained total control over both its Fire- and Ice-type properties. However, its Fire typing means it cannot utilize its natural instincts when hunting underwater, as the flames on its arms and back would be extinguished. Instead, Unovan Kabutops meets its dietary needs by using its fire scythes to melt the hard exteriors of Shelmet, Dwebble, and Durant.
Note: for these two lines, I tried to tap into the notion that when fossils have been exposed enough to other elements, the Pokemon resurrected from them would have bizarre reactions and develop different types from their usual ones.

Lastly, a manipulator of various powders:

Pokemon: Johtonian Hypno
New Typing:

New Abilities: Insomnia/Effect Spore (Prankster)
New Stats: 85/53/85/78/115/67 (-20 Attack, +15 Defense, +5 Sp. Atk)
New Moves: Stun Spore, Poison Powder, Sludge Wave, Sludge Bomb, Venoshock, Rage Powder, Powder, Smog, Sleep Powder, Venom Drench
Removed Moves: Hypnosis
Flavor/Design: Neon green instead of yellow body with a lavender collar instead of white. The pendulum and the tips of its collar leave trails of sparkly powder around them. Its eyes are also more open. Johtonian Hypno gained its Poison typing in response to constant attacks from the many Bug-types around the National Park near Goldenrod City. Instead of hypnosis, Johtonian Hypno uses its pendulum and inner Psychic powers to produce and freely manipulate various spores and powders.

But since you already posted, I might as well open submission slte

Pokémon: Lapras-Alola
New Typing:

New Abilities: Water Absorb / Cloud Nine / Magma Armor (HA)
New Stats: 130 HP / 100 Atk / 80 Def / 100 SpA / 80 SpD / 45 Spe | BST: 535 (+15 Atk, +15 SpA, -15 SpD, -15 Spe)
New Moves: Earthquake, Earth Power, Eruption, Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Flare Blitz, Heat Wave, Lava Plume, Overheat, Sunny Day, Will-O-Wisp (+11)
Removed Moves: Avalanche, Blizzard, Drill Run, Freeze-Dry, Frost Breath, Hail, Horn Drill, Ice Beam, Ice Shard, Icy Wind, Sheer Cold (-11)

Flavor/Design: Alolan Lapras migrated from the waters of Kanto, where they came to love the lava-warmed water around Wela Volcano on Akala Island. Over many generations, their shells grew into volcanoes that erupt internally-generated lava, and their skin darkened to the color of dried lava. Unlike their Kanto relatives, Alolan Lapras are more aggressive towards people and other Pokemon, preferring to keep to themselves and the warm waters they live in. Even though they are still called the Transport Pokemon, the volcanoes on their backs make it impossible for people to ride them.

Pokémon: Growlithe-Kalos
New Typing:

New Abilities: Intimidate / Defiant / Justified (HA)
New Stats: 55 HP / 70 Atk / 45 Def / 50 SpA / 70 SpD / 60 Spe | BST: 350 (-20 SpA, +20 SpD)
New Moves: Acrobatics, Air Cutter, Air Slash, Aura Sphere, Brave Bird, Counter, Defog, Fly, Focus Blast, Gust, Hurricane, Ice Fang, Icy Wind, Noble Roar, Roost, Sky Attack, Sky Drop, Submission, Superpower, Tailwind, Thunder Fang, Twister, Wing Attack (+23)
Removed Moves: Burn Up, Ember, Fire Blast, Fire Spin, Flame Burst, Flame Charge, Flamethrower, Flame Wheel, Flare Blitz, Heat Wave, Incinerate, Overheat, Will-O-Wisp (-13)

Flavor/Design: Kalosian Growlithe may be small but they are as determined and brave as their Kantonian relatives. Flying above the plains and mountains of Kalos, it is speculated that the life energy of Xerneas emanating from the region caused wings to sprout from their backs, giving them the ability to fly. The Kalosian Growlithe can be seen chasing and playing with one another among the clouds and mountain tops, their bravery extending to a fearlessness of heights. Unlike the loyal Kantonian Growlithe, though, Kalosian Growlithe seem to stubbornly loathe being forced into service to humans, preferring the freedom that comes with living in the wild.

Pokémon: Arcanine-Kalos
New Typing:

New Abilities: Intimidate / Defiant / Justified (HA)
New Stats: 90 HP / 110 Atk / 80 Def / 80 SpA / 100 SpD / 95 Spe | BST: 555 (-20 SpA, +20 SpD)
New Moves: Acrobatics, Air Cutter, Air Slash, Aura Sphere, Brave Bird, Counter, Defog, Fly, Focus Blast, Gust, Hurricane, Ice Fang, Icy Wind, Noble Roar, Roost, Sky Attack, Sky Drop, Submission, Superpower, Tailwind, Thunder Fang, Twister, Whirlwind, Wing Attack (+24)
Removed Moves: Burn Up, Ember, Fire Blast, Fire Spin, Flame Burst, Flame Charge, Flamethrower, Flame Wheel, Flare Blitz, Heat Wave, Incinerate, Overheat, Solar Beam, Will-O-Wisp (-14)

Flavor/Design: Kalosian Arcanine are magnificent and proud, soaring high above the lands of Kalos with their silver wings and golden manes. They evolve from Kalosian Growlithe when exposed to a Dawn Stone, but similar to their previous form, Kalosian Arcanine prefer to roam free rather than serve most Trainers. However, their noble nature means they may choose to assist people with noble goals, and they have been known to swoop in to rescue children in trouble. They choose the tops of remote cliffs and mountains as suitable places to raise their young, fearlessly defending their homes from any threat.

Pokémon: Cleffa-Sinnoh
New Typing:

New Abilities: Levitate / Magic Guard / Lightningrod (HA)
New Stats: 50 HP / 15 Atk / 38 Def / 45 SpA / 55 SpD / 15 Spe | BST: 218 (-10 Atk, +10 Def)
New Moves: Charge Beam, Discharge, Electroweb, Magnet Rise, Nuzzle, Power Gem, Stealth Rock, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Volt Switch (+10)
Removed Moves: N/A

Flavor/Design: Sinnoan Cleffa appear to use electromagnetism to levitate around on small rocks, which are thought to be magnetic meteorite fragments full of iron. Like their relatives from Kanto, it is widely believed they came from outer space, and only more so because of their use of meteorites as forms of transport. However, their electromagnetism only seems to be strong enough to levitate one rock at a time. Sinnoan Cleffa don’t like to fight, but if forced to, they attack with electrical discharges not unlike those used by Pichu and Pikachu.

Pokémon: Clefairy-Sinnoh
New Typing:

New Abilities: Levitate / Magic Guard / Lightningrod (HA)
New Stats: 70 HP / 30 Atk / 63 Def / 60 SpA / 65 SpD / 35 Spe | BST: 323 (-15 Atk, +15 Def)
New Moves: Charge, Discharge, Electric Terrain, Electroweb, Magnet Rise, Nuzzle, Parabolic Charge, Power Gem, Rock Tomb, Spark, Volt Switch, Zing Zap (+12)
Removed Moves: Misty Terrain, Moonblast (-2)

Flavor/Design: Sinnoan Clefairy use electromagnetism to levitate around on rocks, and they use this to launch rocks at opponents in battle. They are believed to have come from outer space, and along with Sinnoan Cleffa and Clefable, they gather on the nights of meteor showers, watching as if looking for any others of their kind joining them on this planet. Sinnoan Clefairy appear to have an affinity towards metal objects, often seen playing with steel tools and Steel-type Pokemon.

Pokémon: Clefable-Sinnoh
New Typing:

New Abilities: Levitate / Magic Guard / Magnet Pull (HA)
New Stats: 95 HP / 50 Atk / 93 Def / 95 SpA / 90 SpD / 60 Spe | BST: 483 (-20 Atk, +20 Def)
New Moves: Charge, Discharge, Electric Terrain, Electroweb, Magnet Rise, Nuzzle, Parabolic Charge, Power Gem, Rock Tomb, Spark, Volt Switch, Zing Zap (+12)
Removed Moves: Misty Terrain, Moonblast (-2)

Flavor/Design: Sinnoan Clefable have developed a powerful use of electromagnetism, riding rocks around in the air and attacking foes with flurries of metal objects. With the Sinnoan Cleffa and Clefairy, they gather in Mt. Coronet and Veilstone City, apparently searching for others of their kind who made it to Earth on meteorites. They are sometimes considered pests by people whose homes or workplaces can be disrupted by the electrical disturbances they create. When meeting Kantonian Clefable, they become overjoyed as if meeting long-lost relatives.

Pokémon: Machop-Alola
New Typing:

New Abilities: Leaf Guard / Receiver / Skill Link (HA)
New Stats: 70 HP / 70 Atk / 40 Def / 65 SpA / 35 SpD / 25 Spe | BST: 305 (-10 Atk, -10 Def, +30 SpA, -10 Spe)
New Moves: Aura Sphere, Bullet Seed, Energy Ball, Gyro Ball, Mach Punch, Rock Blast, Seed Bomb, Shadow Ball, Weather Ball, Wood Hammer (+10)
Removed Moves: N/A

Flavor/Design: Alolan Machop descend from Kantonian Machop that found an abundance of berries growing in the tropical climate of Alola and decided to make use of them. They wear large leaves around their waists and a peel of one on top of their heads. Berry juices, preferably from yellow berries, are used to mark their arms to show individuals’ ranks within a group. The berries are also used in combat, and they will throw berries with great strength and accuracy. Passimian are their natural nemeses in Alola, often stealing one another’s best berries and fighting over territory.

Pokémon: Machoke-Alola
New Typing:

New Abilities: Leaf Guard / Receiver / Skill Link (HA)
New Stats: 80 HP / 90 Atk / 50 Def / 90 SpA / 60 SpD / 35 Spe | BST: 405 (swapped Def and SpA, -10 Atk, +20 SpA, -10 Spe)
New Moves: Aura Sphere, Bullet Seed, Energy Ball, Gyro Ball, Mach Punch, Rock Blast, Seed Bomb, Shadow Ball, Weather Ball, Wood Hammer (+10)
Removed Moves: N/A

Flavor/Design: Alolan Machoke can throw berries with enough power to create dents in steel plates, not to mention the mess from the berries splattering. They are responsible for training young Alolan Machop and can often be seen leading groups of them deep into the forest to training ranges. Pieces of berries can be found scattered everywhere they go, but this inadvertently helps the plants spread their seeds around the Alolan region, so their training is considered beneficial rather than harmful to the environment.

Pokémon: Machamp-Alola
New Typing:

New Abilities: Leaf Guard / Receiver / Skill Link (HA)
New Stats: 90 HP / 110 Atk / 65 Def / 110 SpA / 85 SpD / 45 Spe | BST: 505 (swapped Def and SpA, -20 Atk, +30 SpA, -10 Spe)
New Moves: Aura Sphere, Bullet Seed, Energy Ball, Gyro Ball, Mach Punch, Rock Blast, Seed Bomb, Shadow Ball, Weather Ball, Wood Hammer (+10)
Removed Moves: N/A

Flavor/Design: Alolan Machamp are the leaders of Alolan Machoke and Machop. They can use their four arms to throw berries at extremely high speeds, and it’s been calculated that they could throw up to 1,000 berries in 3 seconds! Even Passimian think twice before challenging a group led by an experienced Alolan Machamp. They seem to be responsible for stockpiling berries, using their many arms to carry lots of berries at once through the forest.

Pokemon: Scyther-Sinnoh
New Typing:

New Abilities: Sheer Force / Adaptability / (Moxie)
New Stats: (unchanged)
New Moves: Ice Shard, Icicle Crash, Poison Jab, Stone Edge, Extreme Speed, Smart Strike, Close Combat, Dragon Claw, Stealth Rock, Dragon Dance (+10)
Removed Moves: Air Slash, Sandstorm, Razor Wind, Fury Cutter, Double Hit, Feint, Venoshock, Silver Wind, Tailwind, Bug Buzz (-10)
Flavor: Scyther that migrated to Sinnoh found surviving a harsh and difficult task. Not only were they forced to compete for food and territory, but many of them died in brutal clashes against the Scyther that lived in Sinnoh. The ones that survived were forced to rehabilitate in the inhospitable peaks of Mt. Coronet, where they were forced to adapt to the cold conditions there. However, they can’t bear the heat and will melt if exposed to temperatures of 70 degrees or higher for too long.

Pokemon: Scizor-Sinnoh
New Typing:

New Abilities: Intimidate / Adaptability / (Moxie)
New Stats: 70/130/80/40/80/100 (Swapped defense with speed, +15 Def, -15 Sp. Atk)
New Moves: Same as Scyther-Sinnoh + Meteor Mash (+11)
Removed Moves: Same as Scyther-Sinnoh + Flash Cannon (-11)
Flavor: Years of living in the inhospitable environment of Mt. Coronet hardened the ice on the Scythers’ bodies to the point where they evolved into Sinnoan Scizor. Unlike their pre-evolutions, Sinnoan Scizor don’t mind the heat and can sustain temperatures of up to 1,000 degrees. They are extremely territorial and will pursuit their prey for hours, sometimes even days.

Pelipper: Aqua Ring, Brine, Liquidation, Soak, Water Gun, Scald, Water Sport, Water Pulse, Hydro Pump, Surf (10)
Flavor/Design:
A young Wingull that flew to the Spear Pillar once caught a glimpse of the Hall of Origin. The cosmic knowledge that filled its tiny baby bird brain changed it somehow, filling it with immense psychic power, but taking away its connection to water. It would pass these traits to its descendants. Its white feathers turn black and its blue feathers turn purple.

So, I might as well throw some variants in. I'll make sprites for them, I promise, but here we go.

Pokemon: Gible
Region: Unova
New Type: Dark
New Ability: Intimidate/Hyper Cutter
New Stats:
New Moves:
Removed Moves:
Overview: Within the dark corners of Black City, this variant of Gible can be found. It isn't exactly certain how Gible came to habitate within the city, but it is known that the variant came about due to many generations of Gible being born around high rise buildings. It can be difficult to spot them from
a distance, but if they are spotted by an enemy, they will attempt to frighten it with their comparatively more frightening countenance. Ironically, Unovan Gible are often easier to raise than regular Gible, due to usually being pre-exposed to humans.

Pokemon: Gabite
Region: Unova
New Type: Dark/Flying
New Ability: Intimidate/Hyper Cutter
New Stats:
New Moves:
Removed Moves:
Overview: At this point in development, Unovan Gabite are beginning to become masters of maneuvering about the tops of the massive buildings of Black City. Wild Unovan Gabite are often loners, mostly searching for whatever prey they can find, and occaisionally squabbling with other Gabite. Many wild Unovan Gabite will hoard shiny objects, just like their regular counterparts, and make stashs of it in tough-to-reach parts of the rooftops. They possess clawed hands, which they use to carry the things they find, but they can also use their feet. Trained Unovan Gabite are very loyal, and will defend those that they trust. However, they dislike it when their wings are handled roughly.

Pokemon: Garchomp
Region: Unova
New Type: Dark/Flying
New Ability: Intimidate/Hyper Cutter
New Stats: 103/125/85/85/85/117
New Moves: Sucker Punch, Night Slash, Knock Off, Pursuit, Throat Chop, Dark Pulse, Brave Bird, Acrobatics, Fly, Sky Drop, Roost, Air Slash, Tailwind, Defog, Wing Attack, Fire Punch (+16)
Removed Moves: Draco Meteor, Dragon Breath, Dragon Pulse, Dragon Rage, Dragon Rush, Dragon Tail, Dual Chop, Twister, Dig, Earth Power, Mud Slap, Mud Shot, Sand Attack, Sand Tomb, Stealth Rock, Rock Tomb (-16)
Overview: Unovan Garchomp are very fast fliers. They can move just as fast in the air as their Sinnoh counterparts can run, and some have even surpassed that. However, moreso than their speed in flight is their precision, as they can make sharp turns at high speed with no problems. Those found in the wild make nests on the ground, and go out into the city to catch prey. Their frightening countenance can put many people on edge, but most Unovan Garchomp are content with leaving humans and their Pokemon alone, unless their nest is being threatened. There are some, though, that are especially aggressive. When trained, however, it makes a perfect guard Pokemon, day or night.

Pokemon: Mega Garchomp
Mega Type: Dark/Flying
Mega Ability: Rock Head
Mega Stats: 103/165/105/125/95/107
Overview: There was once a person who stole away a very young Gible from the nest of a Unovan Garchomp. This particular Unovan Garchomp was owned by a trainer that could Mega Evolve it, and together, they managed to find the person and take back the baby Gible. Upon being found, the person was unable to form a coherent sentence, and after a while in custody, described the encounter as "a nightmare that decided it wasn't in my head anymore."

Pokemon: Phanpy
Region: Unova
New Type: Water
New Ability: Water Veil/Drizzle
New Stats: 90/40/60/60/40/40
New Moves: Aqua Jet, Liquidation, Rain Dance, Water Spout, Muddy Water, Scald, Water Sport, Brine, Ice Beam, Icy Wind, Haze (+11)
Removed Moves: Bulldoze, Earth Power, Earthquake, Fissure, Mud Slap, Ancient Power, Rock Slide, Rock Tomb, Sandstorm, Stealth Rock, Gunk Shot (-11)
Overview: The Unovan Phanpy of White Forest play in the pools of water within the area. They are often seen watering flowers and other plants, and are observed to have a deep connection to nature. Many Unovan hikers will have a Unovan Phanpy or Donphan with them, because they are easily able to locate fresh sources of water.

Pokemon: Donphan
Region: Unova
New Typing: Water
New Ability: Water Veil/Drizzle
New Stats: 90/60/110/120/70/50
New Moves: Aqua Jet, Liquidation, Rain Dance, Water Spout, Muddy Water, Surf, Waterfall, Scald, Water Sport, Brine, Ice Beam, Icicle Crash, Icy Wind, Haze (+14)
Removed Moves: Bulldoze, Earth Power, Earthquake, Fissure, Mud Slap, Ancient Power, Rock Slide, Rock Tomb, Sandstorm, Stealth Rock, Gunk Shot, Fire Fang, Thunder Fang, Iron Defense (-14)
Overview: Unovan Donphan aren't quite as rugged as their counterparts, but they aren't any less tough. They can shoot water at a power comparible to Blastoise, can slick up surfaces with water to roll incredibly fast, and can even swim rather effectively. Many people who work in landscaping or nature preservation will acquire both types of Donphan to do work for them. The two make for great partners.

Upon evolution, they used berries on the area to mimic the face, until it eventually grew to naturally have the antenna pattern. Ita bottom wings imitate the face's smirk
