Resourcefulness: Pillow Sprites

I don't understand. There's only a few places where the black is more than one pixel thick. Sorry if I'm missing something, but are you sure you're not seeing the darkest shades of blue as black?
 
...Yeah, it's the dark blue. Either I need to sit up straighter, Smogon needs to grow again or it should be bumped up one shade lighter? Unless that makes it too flat, sorry.

I hate being busy. Anyway, I'm caught back up with the sprites, except for the Empoleon which looks too light to me. Try darkening the colors.
Kipp, do you mind compiling the pokedex that just has a link to each poke? I can format the rest, but I don't have the time to compile all that. Thanks.

Great quality of sprites guys, current number done: 174!
Nice work, let's hit 200 over the weekend if we can. A lot of families are only partially finished. I think that's reasonable.

Which parts exactly? The wing-tips and the chest are the only parts I bumped up any shades.
 
I just got up to Lapras, and I'm wondering if I can make an alternate sprite for it? Atheno did the HGSS one, but I'd like to try the BW sprite. Thanks.

EDIT: I just realized Lapras has been done and so I rephrased that.
 
Sorry for spamming the thread up again.

Also wondering if there should be a limit on reservations? icay has all the Eeveelutions reserved (which is seven), and I added her for reserves on Weezing and the Clefairy line since she did Koffing/Cleffa. I personally think the limit for reservations should be seven, which could be two whole evolution lines plus a non-evolving Pokemon. icay could be an exception so long as she finishes Weezing/Clefairy line within a few days?

Almost done with Gen 1, woohoo.
 
Don't automatically reserve the unfinished lines. Lapras was already done, I thought it was on there, but I added it as it really wasn't uploaded, sorry. Yeah, I fyou can just list the pokes with reserves/links then that's great.

Mike: It just seems too much lighter that the original, but I guess that's how the pillow works out.
Random: I'm liking the hydras!
 
Yeah, I noticed Lapras was done already so I added that in there. Getting rid of the reserves on Clefairy/Weezing (plus I just noticed Clefable has also been done, lol). I'm up to Snorlax. :D

EDIT: Finished Gen 1, now I only have 498 Pokemon to go, lol.
 
Kipp, I'm a guy... ANYWAY, I figured that the other person who did Eevee was gonna do the Eevee line since he/she already did Eevee. I'll just finish up the Koffing and Clefairy lines instead.

Alright, I'm gonna put the Eevee line as available (free for anyone to do).

An unfortunate sufferer of what is now to be termed 'Kadabra syndrome' - the light colour, due to other parts in the pokemon's middle, is only able to go in a small corner.

This, however, does conveniently put my number of reservations down to 7.

That's a lot of reservations. I think that the limit on reservations should be 5 sprites or two evolution families, whichever is shorter. So that we don't get backups like what could happen if you claim 9 sprites for yourself, and they are popular pokemon.
 
I'm extremely aware of that, but I really like the 4th gen starters. If you want, I'll unreserve the Torterra line, leaving me with four, but I'd like to pick them up afterwards. If anyone seriously wants to do them, that's fine, but if there's a choice, please don't.

That sounds selfish and horrible, I know, but I'm afraid I can't think of anything else. Sorry :(

And I won't be reserving anything like this number in the future.

Two evolution families would be six Pokemon max, so which would everyone else prefer, two evolution families/five Pokemon or two evolution families + a basic Pokemon?

Also multitasking is a painful thing when you're trying to get something done really quickly.

God this thread is getting chaotic. I think we may need some better way of working out who has done/intends to do what. At any rate, I can't find any references to a Rapidash anywhere, so here is one:
