This looks too dark. Is there a shade lighter that you could put in?
 
It does look similar, nice. I would've preferred if you copied my sprite and just made changes to it to add the seed (or print screen since I think the outline is all black).
 
It did occur to me to do that, but by the time it dawned on me I was already mostly done with redoing it entirely. Derp.
 
Also with copying sprites for gender differences, dragonite12341 maybe you could use my Wooper pillow as a base and just shorten the antennae? Just an idea for fixing some small pillowing problems on the sprite.

Not bad, the belly looks flat, Is there a darker shade of yellow in Charizard's original sprite? If yes, please add. Other than that, it looks fine.

EDIT: Yes, the nose, the ear & Tail looks flat, but they only allowed up to 2 shades...

Anyway, nice Charizard! Server_Crash said we have to use the B/W sprites though, as they're most up-to-date, so that will probably be scrapped. Sorry!

EDIT: Awesome Grumpig as well. I would nag you about making your own custom shades but I'm getting tired of that so yeah.

Also, I have started work on reshiram so I might aswell reserve it.

EDIT: Grumpig looks... off, his hands and feet seem dark and his pearls look flat, try 1 shade lighter for hands and feet.

One I've kept the darkest shade and on the other I haven't. Tell me which one you prefer and I'll do it on the female
 
Thx NeilKosugi. Also, Elekid looks a bit weird. I know you didn't pillow around the eyes and mouth to try and stop it being dark, but it looks a bit odd.

Female Pikachu. I redid it entirely since the current male Pikachu looks kind of wonky. It's not outlined in black and it's dark as well...
