Ok, check done! shiny finder, TDP said in PM that she was fine with this only getting 1 GP check since her changes were very basic, pending your approval. Would you be okay with that?
Thanks sb. I read through it and just have a few minor change suggestions, but I'm fine with this moving on.

While RS has removed almost all of what are conventionally thought of as unfair factors from traditional Battle Facilities (Bright Powder, Double Team, OHKO moves, Focus Band), the flipside is that you have much less flexibility to play around more mundane bad luck sources like bad matchups and/or low% secondary effects.

What can be less clear cut is dealing with low% risks.

4c, last entry
These are all Pokemon with low- to moderate% chances to inflict status with secondary effects and some type of bulk.
To me it feels a bit awkward to abbreviate percentage with % here. I'd spell it out; i.e. low-percentage.

Moves like this have the most impact at the start of the battle, since there's two Pokemon left to feel their effects on, so definitely prioritize choosing KOs with them there.
there's -> there are

4c, Accelgor

Any good Poison- or Steel type puts a stop to this, but if you want to play it safe this can be annoyingly disruptive to your lead.

Ok, I made these changes.

Looks like it's time for HTML. The Dutch Plumberjack expressed some interest in doing so, but regardless of who does it, I have a hopefully simple request. In Section 2d, team archetypes, each archetype refers to 1 or more sample teams. If those references could explicitly link to the corresponding team(s), that would be wonderful. In that case, the "Section 5, " that precedes each one would be redundant, so they should be removed if this is done.

kinda pointless to have all those img alt's if they're all gonna be empty :blobglare:

play.pokemonshowdown.com/sprites/xyani/crawdaunt.gif the urls here are actually play.pokemonshowdown.com/sprites/ani/crawdaunt.gif these days. I'd guess PS redirects those requests so it still works, but we should be using the right one from the start instead.

the rest seems fine

sorry for how long this took, i thought i could get it done before smog awards rush rly got going, but clearly i was wrong, and i'm also having some irl issues to deal with rn.

lmk how this looks and if you want me to change anything, guess i should tag Quite Quiet if he has anything he wants to yell at me for since i can't stamp my own htmls here

Nice! I think it would look better if there was a space after each subheader. The sample teams look a lot better now, though I notice the first line of each mon entry seems to have extra spacing between each letter? I'm not sure if this is intentional, but it would look better with the same text as the rest of the mon data. Also, the first paragraph of Pyukumuku's threat entry has centered text which I'm pretty sure is a mistake.

Just a small typo I caught (Swoard)

Now that I'm looking at this close up I see that there's also a period instead of a slash separating the attack and speed evs. So I looked over the teams again and also found 2 small errors with the Grass team's Rillaboom: the species doesn't specify gmax, and the e in Branch Poke is accented.

also eisen should be using heavy metal on duraludon to weaken rhyperior's heat crash s m h

Minor things for HTML:

- Pyukumuku text alignment is a bit weird, since some of the entry is centered, but the other isn't

- I would personally give the paragraphs some bottom margin, because it looks incredibly cramped, at least on mobile.

I could give this a more thorough check once I get back from school and get on my laptop, if we are not in a hurry

apologies if I am being annoying with this, but I caught this myself just now:

not sure if the thing below is intended and if it is, it's a somewhat weird design decision:
link.png

this is when you hover over this. If you want an alternative:
Code:
.teamlink a:hover { opacity: 0.7; background: none; }

this should make the images become more transparent when hovered (and removes the yellow background). This would look a bit better than the way it is currently, imo
