Pet Mod Restrictions [Balance fixes coming soon!]

View attachment 295074
Fakemon Name: Castarupt
Stats: 90/79/50/120/102/70 (511)
Typing: Grass/Fire
Abilities: Chlorophyll/Flame Body/Rough Skin
Movepool: Flamethrower, Energy Ball, Shell Smash, Dazzling Gleam, Solar Beam, Giga Drain, Heat Wave, Lava Plume, Mystical Fire, Overheat, Weather Ball
Description: This Pokemon has two primary roles here, as a Shell Smash user and as a breaker for Sun teams. Sun may not even be a playstyle in this format because of how no existing Pokemon will be included here, but to go over it briefly, it has very good immediate power and just enough Speed for that kind of job. Its role with using Shell Smash isn't too different, though; still has a good Speed tier and only has better breaking power. Grass/Fire will likely be good defensively since two of its three weaknesses (Flying and Poison) aren't particularly common, so that with its good special bulk may give it some good chances to set up. It has nothing to hit Fire-types even neutrally, though, as well as its Speed tier not being perfect even at +2 and some particularly bulky special walls being able to check it in a pinch if healthy. I might change this a little bit within the next day.

I'm going to use this post to give a 24 hour warning for your subs. If you want to make any changes to your current ones or make any new ones, now's your chance. In addition, as it stands, I'm going to be vetoing a few of these unless changes happen soon...

I don't know if you saw me editing my other post but these nerfs aren't really adequate, they don't really address the core problems I mentioned in the first place. This thing still has enough Defense and a good enough typing to make finding setup opportunities extremely easy on top of very destructive breaking power after a boost, as well as having not that bad of a Speed tier. If I were you I'd lower Defense to like 110 or 120, possibly lower Speed to around 85 or so, and either lower Sp. Atk to 100 or get rid of Flamethrower.

The big problem here is that you don't have two restrictions; you have the Fire typing, but you got rid of Volt Absorb, which was your second restriction at the time. If you want to give it Volt Absorb back, then I'd suggest getting rid of both Magic Guard and Lightning Rod. Magic Guard's reasons were already stated, but a power boost would likely be more valuable than HP recovery on a specially offensive Pokemon.

One last thing - the idea was brought up of me having slates that aren't determined by RNG, but are hand-picked instead. I hadn't really thought about that before starting this mod, but I'll probably have at least a few of those. If you have any ideas for them, feel free to DM me those, either on here or Discord. Either way, thank you guys for having so much interest in this mod!
Unrelated but, how do you make your sprites? They are very cool. I mean look at that Castarupt sprite!

Abilities: Shadow Tag, Flame Body (Hidden Ability: Volt Absorb)
Movepool: Fire Blast, Flamethrower, Hex, Overheat, Shadow Ball, Will-O-Wisp, Dark Pulse, Substitute, Nasty Plot, Sludge Wave, Sludge Bomb, Focus Blast, Hypnosis, U-Turn
Description: A speedy special attacker with Nasty Plot and Substitute that can kill if it's able to set up.
Even though Shadow Tag is a significantly better ability than Volt Absorb, I'll allow this, but only because Shadow Tag is outright banned. This will be an OU-based metagame that will use OU clauses. If you want to have an ability as a restriction in the future, then you're going to have to make the other abilities decidedly worse than the one in the slate. Giving this Sap Sipper as suggested earlier would have been perfect, since even though there may be some merit to a Grass immunity, having an Electric immunity would be much more useful to this mon.

Anyways, to both I am the Impostor and ChoiceScarfed, your submissions will both be allowed for this slate. Thanks for making the changes!

That being said, you all may now vote, and voting phase will end 48 hours from this post. I won't be voting at all here unless it's to tiebreak, and in the case of one of my submissions being up for a tiebreaker, I will never vote for my own sub. Voting for this mod will work the exact same as something like Clean Slate, where you vote for your three favorite subs in order, first to third. You CANNOT self-vote unless it's in your third slot. So as an example...

Set 1: Favorite, 2nd Favorite, 3rd Favorite/self vote
Set 2: Favorite, 2nd Favorite, 3rd Favorite/self vote
Set 3: Favorite, 2nd Favorite, 3rd Favorite/self vote

If you need a list of everyones' subs, here you go... (i might do what i did for another mod and put all these onto a new spreadsheet tab next time)

Fakemon Name: Foremolten
Stats: 100/79/102/120/102/79 (BST 582)
Typing: Fire/Steel
Abilities: Volt Absorb/Lightning Rod/Motor Drive
Movepool: Flamethrower, Heat Wave, Fire Blast, Overheat, Will-O-Wisp, Pain Split, Flash Cannon, Earth Power, Protect,
Description: Imagine a grill that has been on fire for so long that it's beginning to melt. Now slap the molten grill onto a vague quadruped and you get Foremolten. Named after the word molten and George Foreman Grills. Yes this was the best idea I could come up with.
Anyway It's very similar to another fire/steel type who is also an immune to a status move due to its abilities, and yes this functions very similar to airplane head. However It has more HP and is slightly faster than it. Plus the fact that thunderbolt, thunder wave, and wild charge have a fairly large distribution means that it can switch in and recover more frequently. Speaking of recovery this thing has pain split, something that heatran lacks, making it generally bulkier than it's slightly stronger cousin. However like its cousin it dies from fighting and ground type moves meaning that if zeraora is around it's probably gonna bounce.
Fakemon Name: Vulcaraptor
List of Restrictions: 2
Stats: 68 / 122 / 115 / 76 / 63 / 111 [BST: 555]
Typing: Rock / Fire
Abilities: Technician | HA: Quick Feet
Movepool: Rock Blast, Flame Wheel, Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Iron Tail, Dragon Tail, Rock Polish, Hone Claws, Flame Charge, Flare Blitz, Earthquake, Bonemerang, Stealth Rock
Description: Rock / Fire is a very solid offensive typing, and easily one of the best contenders for a Technician abuser. Rock Blast is actually commonly seen on some Rock types to handle sub users and accuracy issues from Stone Edge in one package, but it was always seen as a secondary option. With Technician however, Rock Blast shoots up in power as a top breaking option, hitting a comfortable 37.5 BP per hit, averaging around 112.5 BP with 3 rolls. Combine this with STAB Flame Charge to propel its speed tier, and Bonemerang as a solid neutral nuke option, Vulcaraptor can stand up as a powerful breaker. Its flaws are apparent, however. Its secondary Fire STAB is weak unless you go for Flare Blitz in which you suffer recoil, and 68 / 115 / 63 bulk is rather hilarious. With no way to boost its Attack outside of Hone Claws either, Vulcaraptor struggles to pummel fatter teams.

Description: Fire and Rock is a cool typing, but hindered by its weaknesses defensively. So an offensive makes the most sense here. Thanks to Skill Link, Roruption has a better Rock STAB than Stone Edge, that being Rock Blast, and other good coverage options like Bullet Seed and Arm Thrust.
Fakemon Name: Burnantate
Stats: 95/98/90/65/82/110 (530)
Typing: Bug/Fire
Abilities: Volt Absorb (Skill Link)
Movepool: Rock Blast, Stone Edge, Flare Blitz, Fire Blast, Will-O-Wisp, Pin Missile, Bullet Seed, Leech Life, Stealth Rock, Iron Head, Sword Dance, Crunch
Description: Maybe Skill link is a little on the nose for Rock Blast forcing, but don't deny the appeal as it covers well with its STAB combo. On the other hand, Volt Absorb hard stops electrics going well with its unique set of resistances and is the only healing you get and it hard stops any and all Koko sets and forcing it into 4mss with Brave Bird is a victory as is and might be worth ignoring the power of Skill Link. In truth you won't be using Rock Blast WITH Volt Absorb but both have their strengths.
Leopulse, the Royal Leopard Pokemon
Type: Fire/Electric
Stats: 65/79/65/120/102/99
Abilities: Blaze, Volt Absorb
Viable Moves: Rock Blast, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Flamethrower, Fire Blast
Description: A leopard with a lightning rod for a tail. It's spots glow when it receives an electric charge, and its electricity causes intense burns. Rock Blast is difficult to justify due to the typing and low attack, but it is useful for the mirror match as everything else is resisted, as well as having niche use for Dragons as its movepool is narrow.

Fakemon Name: Firipit
Stats: 90/79/100/120/102/49 (BST: 540)
Typing: Fire/Dark
Abilities: Dry Skin, Emergency Exit
Movepool: Rock Blast, Overheat, Knock Off, Dark Pulse, Fire Blast, Heat Wave, Shell Smash, Detect, Shore Up, Rock Polish, Spikes, Toxic (couldn't think of any more)
Description: Oh boy, another special sweeper that is apparently alot stronger than it's supposed to be! It's like Rotom-Heat, however slower and bulkier, so you better have a steel type on your team! Just kidding because it gets decimated by the Fire moves. Slowness, however, is the weakness, and while it being able to outspeed common threats like Ferrothorn and Melmetal, it gets outspeeded by Close Combat users anyways, so it's not overpowered-bulky, it's just mediocre-bulky.

Note, this is based off:
I wanted to make this mon because of that one "Pour the boiling oil" that Castles use to defend themself from rebels. That's why it has Dry Skin :blobshrug:
Fakemon Name: Ignason
Stats: 60/125/90/55/60/115
Typing: Fire/Rock
Abilities: Skill Link | HA: Flame Body
Movepool: Rock Blast, Flare Blitz, Rock Polish, Stealth Rock, Stone Edge, Rock Slide, Fire Lash, Iron Head, Head Smash, Hammer Arm, Superpower, Bulk Up, Curse
Description: Fast offensive Fire/Rock. Skill Link over Technician in this case because its nicer to guarantee 125BP STAB. A lacklustre movepool limits its offensive capabilities, although it has enough tools to hit what it wants to already. Set up options are kind of mediocre, and with its bulk it'll be difficult to set up in the first place. Also can function as a suicide lead.

Typing: Poison/Flying
Abilities: Ice Scales
Movepool: Sludge Bomb, Air Slash, Toxic, Protect, Coil, Roost, Ice Beam, Icy Wind, Acid Spray, Glare, Tailwind, Defog, Whirlwind, Toxic Spikes, Spikes, Dragon Pulse
Description: Alright so how to I justify a not ice type getting ice scales, well uhh Atmosphitere repairs its scales with cirrus clouds. Anyway Ice Scales turns this mildly fast HP sponge into something that can tank special attacks due to that big special defense stat. It doesn't really do much outside of that though. It could be a potential lead to due its bulk and access to hazards, and I'll be honest I don't know how it'd fair in the OU Meta, however it can wall ghost horse so that's kinda good.
Fakemon Name: Parakinesis
List of Restrictions: 3
Stats: 124 / 130 / 66 / 79 / 72 / 109 [BST: 580]

Abilities: Prankster / Big Pecks | HA: Iron Fist
Movepool: Focus Punch, Zen Headbutt, Brave Bird, Encore, Thunder Wave, Dual Wingbeat, Substitute, Feather Dance, Defog, Shadow Punch, Will O Wisp, Screech, Thunder Punch
Description: Parakinesis is an attempt to create an ideal Focus Punch abuser, through crafting this Pokémon to be reliant on Focus Punch to muscle through its checks, while giving it the means to set up scenarios in which Focus Punch is the best play. I gave the lad Prankster so it can grab momentum with Encore and Status infliction, forcing switches that it can then take advantage of. If that isn't your cup of tea, you can technically go for Iron Fist for a nuke option. Parakinesis is a Pokémon that requires skillful play to fully abuse, and in the hands of a noob player, can often fall flat. Yet still it can put in a ton of work, when necessary.

Movepool: Brave Bird, Close Combat, Whirlwind, Detect, Aerial Ace, Mach Punch, Double-Edge, Dragon Dance, Aura Sphere, Pain Split, Dual Wingbeat, Fake Out, Encore
Description: A good physical sweeper with Guts, which means you can run this guy on sweep teams and he'll be alright, but the bad defensive status means he gets knocked out alot, luckily this mon's high health prevents that from happening. Since its name IS a combo of Cardinal and Vicious, it should be an easy sweeper.
BTW, this mon is based off a North Cardinal.
#2
Name: Fridgeate (Fridge/Frigid + Frigatebird)
List of Restrictions: 3 (Stats, Type, Ability) (Focus Punch is there and has some utility but it is not mandatory)
Stats: 124/121/66/55/65/109 (BST: 540)
Typing: Flying/Ice
Abilities: Big Pecks / Ice Scales
Viable Moves
: Brave Bird, Dual Wingbeat, Icicle Crash, Icicle Spear, Ice Shard, Focus Punch, Bulk Up, Roost, Defog, Substitute, U-Turn
Description: Fridgeate is a solid physical attacker with a lot of options for movesets. It can run a Defog pivot set, a Bulk Up set, or even a SubPunch set. Its main weaknesses are a lack of coverage outside Focus Punch, and its low defense stat means fast physical pokemon like Cinderace and Kartana can check Fridgeate.
Fakemon Name: Horrarora
Stats: 124/70/66/85/90/109
Typing: Ice/Ghost
Abilities: Ice Scales / Ice Body | HA: Illuminate
Movepool: Ice Beam, Icy Wind, Will-o-Wisp, Hex, Shadow Ball, Blizzard, Strength Sap, Shadow Sneak, Taunt, Calm Mind, Freeze Dry, Water Pulse, Weather Ball, Draining Kiss, Defog
Description: Defensive Ice-types suck, but this mon do be tanking some hits thanks to Ice Scales. It's lacklustre offensively, but it does have Calm Mind to boost its SpAtk, and decent recovery options to ensure some semblance of longevity. It's also like stupid fast, which makes revenge killing a pain. Defensively checking it wouldn't be a problem as well since it is kind of weak.
Set 2: ( stats, ability, typing )
Fakemon Name: Frosatrice
Stats: 124 / 70 / 66 / 105 / 66 / 109 | 540 BST
Typing: Ice / Flying
Abilities: Poison Touch / Slush Rush | Ice Scales (HA)
Movepool:
Special: Ice Beam, Freeze Dry, Frost Breath, Blizzard, Hurricane, Air Slash, Dragon Pulse, Weather Ball
Physical: U-turn, Brave Bird, Triple Axel, Dragon Claw, Dragon Dance
Status: Defog, Roost, Glare, Toxic, Mist, Haze
Description
: An Ice-type special tank with great all-around stats. It functions best as a status-inducing defensive pivot, but various weathers can grant it stronger moves or a speed boost. I went with a cockatrice for flavor (part rooster, part snake, part dragon, known for its venom and ability to turn people to stone), which is why it has Glare and Toxic.
Fakemon Name: Aeghast
Stats: 66/72/138/72/110/25 (BST 483)
Typing: Ghost/Steel
Abilities: Cursed Body/Shadow Shield
Movepool: Strength Sap, Hex, Will-o-Wisp, Toxic, Glare, Gyro Ball, Flash Cannon, Steel Beam, Stealth Rock, Rapid Spin, Nightshade
Description: A shield forever emblazoned with a snake haired fiend, it's said that the soul of the fiend still resides in the shield itself. Now it wishes to paralyze anyone who dares look upon its visage.

Anyway in terms of how it fairs in the OU metagame, ghost/steel for a wall is apparently fairly desirable or so I've been told. Stat wise it's very similar to Ferrothorn, however it would function differently from that. For starters shadow shield helps increase its longevity by reducing that first strike damage. It also gets glare, which might be more useful to it than toxic or WoW since it's accurate and helps cripple sweepers. Really it's probably more comparable to galarian corsola, only without knock off destroying its bulk. The set that would probably be used the most is Night Shade/Status/Rapid Spin/SR.

Serpaint (Name credits: AquaticPanic)

Description: Pretty solid and versatile pokemon that can be either a physical cleaner or a wallbreaker. Also has a ton of utility options in status and such. Also has acces to them epic snake moves. Held back by a subpar speed and defense, tho the latter is helped by its ability shadow shield.

Description: Ghost type status abuser. Hauntoxin spreads status and sets up Nasty Plot and beats them down with Hex. Dual Status, NP, CM, and Specs can all reasonably put in great work versus teams. Certain sets can get stomped by Normal types, but that isn't that big of a deal.

Description: With a great defensive type in Dragon/Water and a decent defensive spread and recover with Shadow Shield, Serpicade can use Dragon Energy to great effect and easily ensure the target its switches into eats a glare. If it switches, then it risks eating a STAB move or Sludge Wave if a fairy. 123 SpAtk is nice but there's no boosting move. Description: A bulky Water that can go on the offensive if given a turn to do so via Agility or Nasty Plot. Recover helps it regain Shadow Shield should it need to, and makes its bulk more effective. It can also spread status via Wisp and Glare.
Fakemon Name: Zysequel

Description: Can we have Zygarde? We already have Zygarde at home. Paraspreading is the name of the game since you're slow, and also because it's the only status it knows. However, it can utilise its own Glares to slow down would be checks, and threaten them out with a strong Draco. It has decent bulk to check some stuff and then scare them out with a Glare. Stench is just there for paraflinch shenanigans. Ice Beam so it can go check itself.

Fakemon Name: Vapomenth
Stats: HP 86/Att 55/Def 95/SpA 123/SpD 90/Spe 101 BST: 550 (eg Volcarona)
Typing: Dragon/Ghost
Abilities: Stench/Aroma Veil/(HA: Shadow Shield)
Movepool: Glare, Hex, Dragon Energy, Giga Drain, Psychic Terrain, Grassy Terrain, Aromatherapy, Purify, Energy Ball, Sweet Scent, Draco Meteor, Shadow Ball, Defog, Sweet Scent, Aromatic Mist, Moonlight, Wish
Description: Glare+Hex for 130 BP STAB and Shadow Shield, Dragon Energy and Giga Drain or other various HP regain methods allow it to sustain longer than just reliant on Drago Meteor
It can alternatively act as a Cleric due to various supports like Aromatherapy or Wish, while Moonlight let's it work on Sun Teams who could prioritise taking out Bisharp - Dark Types with Sucker Punch are Vapomenth's nightmare: although Shadow Shield does give it the bulk to survive an unboosted Knock Off. Dragapult is another threat it needs to watch out for, although that is a game of prediction: both STABs are SE against Drag, but it out speeds and is SE in return.
Design wise, I envisage it as being a mint green, haze-like substance similar to Gastly, surrounding a disembodied drake-like head. I wish I could art, sorry.
NB: if 101 Speed is too much with Glare, I'm okay to see up to 10 points moved to Att?
(let me know if I missed anything)

Alright, gonna go ahead and end voting now! G-Luke won for both Set 1 and 2 with Vulcaraptor and Parakinesis respectively....
LETS GO

Vulcaraptor @ Heavy Duty Boots / Life Orb
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Ability: Technician
Jolly Nature
- Rock Blast
- Flare Blitz / Flame Wheel
- Bonemerang / Hone Claws
- Flame Charge

Fakemon Name: Parakinesis
List of Restrictions: 3
Stats: 124 / 130 / 66 / 79 / 72 / 109 [BST: 580]
Typing: Psychic / Flying

Parakinesis @ Heavy Duty Boots
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Ability: Prankster
Jolly Nature
- Encore / Thunder Wave
- Brave Bird
- Focus Punch
- Zen Headbutt / Will O Wisp
And the winner for Set 3 was Gravity Monkey with Serpaint...

Serpaint (Name credits: AquaticPanic)
Stats: 86 / 94 / 60 / 123 / 90 / 72 (BST: 525)
Typing: Dragon/Ghost
Abilities: Infiltrator / Shadow Shield
Movepool: Glare, Toxic, Will-o-wisp, Draco Meteor, Shadow Ball, Hex, Dragon Pulse, Sludge Bomb/Wave, Mud Shot, Elemental Fangs, Shadow Sneak, Poltergeist, Dragon Rush, Iron Tail, Toxic Spikes, Giga Drain, Crunch, Coil, Dragon Dance, Nasty Plot
Description: Pretty solid and versatile pokemon that can be either a physical cleaner or a wallbreaker. Also has a ton of utility options in status and such. Also has acces to them epic snake moves. Held back by a subpar speed and defense, tho the latter is helped by its ability shadow shield.
All three of these are up for sprite reservation, although for all three you’ll have to follow the original submittor’s guidelines. DM me if you want those. Time for the next round, though! I may try a rigged slate soon, but for now, here's a regular one...

Submission phase may end in around 4 days or so, not certain yet. I'll still give a 24 hour warning in advance.

Fakemon Name: Guantum
Stats: 67/104/105/52/74/122 (524)
Typing: Poison/Flying
Abilities: Merciless (Inner Focus)
Movepool: Multi-Attack, Toxic Spikes, Toxic, Brave Bird, Dual Wingbeat, Sword Dance, Dragon Dance, Gunk Shot, Play Rough, Body Press
Description: This poopy, speed bat (it's literally Guano + Quantum) plays a unique game. Rather than taking time to set up, use your speed to set a layer of TSpikes, and use a Multi-Attack memory of Ice/Rock if you absolutely fear birds interrupting your Merciless sweep... most won't enjoy eating Brave Bird or Gunk Shot, mind you. It finds itself compelled towards Multi-Attack because It doesn't want to run a choice Item as that interrupts its Mercy Setup, doesn't want to run Life Orb because Brave Bird death and this doesn't learn Roost anyway, and it might be a bit frail for Lefties, even though its Body Press isn't too shabby at 105 def. Still, all these moves leave it with coverage issues mostly against ghost and steel types... and ghost/Steel types.

Fakemon Name: Courtisand
Stats: 65/95/78/87/74/136 (530)
Typing: Ground/Fairy
Abilities: Unburden (Cute Charm)
Movepool: Spikes, Heal Bell, Quiver Dance, Dragon Dance, U-Turn, Moonlight, Earthquake, Lunar Dance, Sword Dance, Play Rough, Triple Axel, Low Kick, Stone Edge, Trick, Fling, Knock Off, Drill Run, Stealth Rock, Spikes
Description: A strange set of restrictions. While fast, it doesn't have the attack stat to really abuse a sweep, even Unburdened. What it can do is scare Knock Offs into not attacking, and if taken to a situation where it cannot finish its foes, it has blazing speed to provide a Lunar Dance to a better late game cleaner than itself. Or it can do a hazard/LD set to deny setup.

Fakemon Name: Polbearab
Stats: 95/98/130/55/101/101 (580)
Typing: Ice/Fight
Abilities: Poison Heal
Movepool: Thunder Punch, Icicle Crash, Nuzzle, Ice Punch, Triple Axel, Facade, Close Combat, Ice Shard, Earthquake, Seed Bomb, Drain Punch, Thunder Wave, Crunch, Low Kick, Body Press, Bulk Up, Sword Dance
Description: With enough bulk to set up a Sword Dance and an acceptable speed, Poly here can forgoe an offensive item to use a Toxic Orb for Poison Heal and whatever moves you want.

Description: So basically Silvally but better. Like, in an alternate universe where the creation of an Ultra Beast killer lead to a mon that could actually kill Ultra Beasts. Can work as an offensive Silvally/Arceus-esque sweeper, or some sort of bulky pivot with reliable recovery.

Fakemon Name: Silistrix

Abilities: Levitate
Movepool: Calm Mind, Dazzling Gleam, Defog, Heat Wave, Hurricane, Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Liquidation, Multi-Attack, Play Rough, Roost, Scald, Swords Dance, Thunderbolt, Waterfall, Weather Ball, Wild Charge, Zen Headbutt
Description: Setup sweeper. Can use Multi-Attack to get extra coverage (notably Fire and Ground) for things that would normally wall.

Set 2
Fakemon Name: Harlecreep
Stats: 48 / 56 / 87 / 78 / 40 / 136
Typing: Ghost / Bug
Abilities: Unnerve / Unburden

Description: Hazard lead and anti-hazard lead. Has all the hazards it needs, a Ghost-typing for spin blocking while being able to spin itself, and Taunt to stop Excadrill and Ribombee from setting up their own hazards or paralyzing Harlecreep. Struggles with dealing with Grimmsnarl and Shuckle.

Set 3
Fakemon Name: Alkamedic
Stats: 72 / 44 / 114 / 88 / 141 / 66

Typing: Ice/Fight
Abilities: Poison Heal
Movepool: Thunder Punch, Icicle Crash, Wild Charge, Nuzzle, Ice Punch, Triple Axel, Facade, Close Combat, Ice Shard, Sword Dance, Bulk Up, Earthquake, Rockslide, Seed Bomb, Drain Punch, Thunder Wave, Crunch, Volt Switch, Low Kick, Body Press
Description: This rabid, haywire fighting polar bear has no reason NOT to run Volt Switch. It can easily switch in and about with its lack of SR weakness, and the fact no Ground type wants to even try to block its pivot. It has enough speed to SD, and Poison Heal gives it a legitimately good survival chance to go with its otherwise joke status as yet another bulky Ice type.
Why in the hell would this mon run Volt Switch

There is literally no reason not to run

Polbearab @ Toxic Orb
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Ability: Poison Heal
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Triple Axel
- Facade / Ice Shard
- Close Combat

Its a fantastic mon by the way, and a legitimately cool use of Poison Heal, but make no mistake, this ain't a Volt Switch mon.

Fakemon Name: Lunoccyx (Lunar + Geococcyx- The genus of Roadrunners)
List of Restrictions: 3 (Stats, Type, Move)
Stats: Ground/Fairy
Typing: 64/85/87/78/75/136 (BST: 525)
Abilities: Run Away / Sand Veil / Oblivious
Movepool: Spikes, U-Turn, Earthquake, Play Rough, High Jump Kick, Brave Bird, Drill Peck, Rock Slide, Blaze Kick, Roost, Lunar Dance, Rest, Hypnosis, Moonblast, Moonlight, Rest, Sleep Talk, Snore, Dream Eater, Yawn
Description: A really neat support pokemon for offensive teams. Its most notable feature is its very high Speed stat, which outpaces notable pokemon like Tapu Koko, Spectrier, and Cinderace. It has access to Spikes, a Sleep move, Lunar Dance, and a pivot move. It also has a stellar coverage movepool, but its middling Attack makes it harder to run fully offensive sets.

Fakemon Name: Avemage
Stats: 70/105/105/56/74/122 [BST:532]
Typing: Normal/Flying
Abilities: Intimidate/Defiant/Moxie
Movepool: Multi-Attack, Brave Bird, Roost, Whirlwind, U-Turn, Drill Peck, Defog, Tailwind, Bulk Up, Shadow Claw, Close Combat, Rock Side, Dual Wingbeat.
Description: My attempt with Avemage was to make this sorta seemingly average bird. Multi-Attack is its only normal STAB, because it doesn't need anything else at that point. Why give it body slam when it has fucking base 120 Power Multi-Attack. It's also why its attack stat isn't astronomically high. However under the right circumstances, it can certainly get things going and plow through most teams.

Set 2
Fakemon Name: Moonbit
Stats: 80/59/87/78/87/136 [BST:527]
Typing: Ground/Psychic
Abilities: Huge Power/Sap Sipper
Movepool: Earthquake, Zen Headbutt, Bounce, Lunar Dance, Blaze Kick, High Jump Kick, Moonblast, Moonlight, Acrobatics, Wood Hammer, Dragon Hammer, Hammer Arm, Ice Hammer, Agility, Swords Dance, Stealth Rock, Taunt, Rapid Spin, Play Rough, Superpower
Description: Haha funny rabbit on the moon go zoom! Anyway Moonbit is based on that rabbit on the moon who is pounding mochi with that mochi hammer, hence the hammer moves. Originally I was trying to make this thing want to use lunar dance but that isn't going to happen with huge power and a speed stat that won't quit. Hence the whole moon rabbit thing. Anyway it hits hard it goes fast, and if it's close to death it can just heal someone else if need be.

Typing: Normal
Abilities: Merciless
Movepool: Solar Beam, Will-O-Wisp, Toxic, Substitute, Fire Blast, Shadow Ball, Trick, Thunderbolt, Dazzling Gleam, Shadow Sneak, Surf, Dark Pulse, Air Slash, Aura Sphere, Volt Switch
Description: I'm pretty sure everyone came up with this. Mixed movepool and high special attack means it can do almost whatever it want, and it can also sub just to get some mons in trouble when choosing to attack, and it is also a VoltTurn, which means some mons are gonna have a hard time dealing with this, and it's also useful with a sun team due to Solar Beam + STAB + Sun if you choose to take Fanileo-Grass. Life Orb works really well, since it's able to OHKO atleast any by not having any attack nor special attack boosts, AKA +0. Definetly a stronger-like variant of Silvally if you want to take it.

List of Restrictions: 2
Stats: 95/98/105/100/101/101 (BST: 600) (yes, it's a legendary, if this breaks the rules let me know ^-^)
Typing: Steel/Electric
Abilities: Flash Fire, Unnerve
Movepool: Volt Switch, Shadow Ball, Steel Beam, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Iron Defense, Detect, Grudge, Prismatic Laser, Agility, Body Slam, Toxic, Magnet Rise
Description: (Atleast I made a design for this one) A hugely great special attacker and defendist that works good againt threats like Gengar because you have Shadow Ball. However, it can't sub, so we have Magnet Rise for immunity to ground types. Sadly, it is still weak to fighting, and due to the fact that people will most likely run Close Combat as a move, it's highly likely it becomes vulnerable to Fighting types. Flash Fire allows you to be immune to Fire, and Unnerve makes it so the opposing team can't eat berries. A really good Pokemon, and you can sweep people who cross by (somehow.)

I will put some more of them soon, this is all I've got for now.

Ability: Prankster
Movepool: Dark Pulse, Knock Off, Dazzling Gleam, Parting Shot, Defog, Lunar Dance, Moonblast, Moonlight, Foul Play, Sucker Punch, Lash Out, Misty Explosion, Taunt
Description: Its a utility mon extraordinaire. It offers Knock Off, Taunt, Defog, zparting Shot and most importantly Lunar Dance support. Its very fast, not particularly bulky, and not particularly strong either, but is still a major pain to face.

Fakemon Name: Yetitazer
Set: 3
List of Restrictions: 3

Movepool: Volt Switch, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Blizzard, Ice Beam, Zing Zap, Wild Charge, Thunder Punch, Drain Punch, Ice Punch, Ice Shard, Discharge, Rising Voltage, Triple Axel, Icicle Spear, Icicle Crash, Growth, Freeze Dry, Swords Dance
Description: Now THIS is how you make an Ice type want to use Volt Switch! Yetitazer is a a deceptively strong offensive pivot thanks to its ability Adaptability, which turns its already perfect STAB into a powerhouse set, It can run 4 Attacks Boots, Choice Specs, a surprise Physical boosting set, and attempt mixed. Its paper thin bulk and terrible defensive typing holds it back from going too hard however.

Also Dislasc I saw that you took what I said to heart, so just letting you know that mon would STILL not run Volt Switch, and would most likely do this instead:
Polbearab @ Choice Band
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Ability: Poison Heal
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Triple Axel
- Ice Shard
- Close Combat

Now it doesn't utilize Volt Switch NOR Poison Heal! Isn't forcing roles unto things just fun!

Special: Shadow Ball, Hex, Hurricane, Air Slash, Weather Ball, Heat Wave, Icy Wind
Physical: U-turn, Poltergeist
Status: Pain Split, Trick, Taunt, Nasty Plot, Calm Mind, Toxic Thread, Tailwind, Defog, Rain Dance
Description: Merciless Hex is a 195 BP nuke, which can be powered up by its own Toxic Thread or support from teammates. This would excel vs. bulkier teams, and could also work as a Rain abuser. Glare support from Serpaint would go along way, slowing down faster attackers and activating Hex at the same time.
A torn, white paper lantern with long shreds trailing underneath it. A mischievous spirit whose bone-chilling shrieks carry in the wind.

Fakemon Name: Regolite
Set: 1 (Ability, Type, Move)
Stats: 80 / 75 / 70 / 120 / 100 / 80 | BST: 525

Physical: Earthquake, Zen Headbutt, Rock Slide
Status: Stealth Rock, Calm Mind, Shore Up, Lunar Dance, Cosmic Power, Magnet Rise
Description: Primarily a Meteor Beam abuser. Being a Ground type is actually pretty nice for luring out Rock weaks to smack with Meteor Beam, and you can then activate Unburden and go to town. Decent coverage and access to recovery would make it a pretty mean sweeper. However, more offensive teams should be able to pressure it due to low Speed and mediocre Def, and bulkier teams should be able to weather its assault.
A moon-dwelling alien that surrounds itself with swirling dust. It would have cosmetic variants with different-colored dust based on where you caught them, with rare ones still having grey moon dust.

Special: Ice Beam, Blizzard, Flash Cannon, Steel Beam, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Volt Switch, Bug Buzz,
Physical: Triple Axel, Iron Head, Wild Charge, U-turn
Status: Quiver Dance, Roost, Stealth Rock, Defog, Haze, Mist
Description: A bulky sweeper that can set up in the face of many special attackers if they lack Fire or Fighting coverage. The low Def, two 4x weaknesses, and mediocre SpA should make most healthy teams able to deal with it. At the same time, two immunities, Toxic immunity, and great coverage mean it can knock over the dominos if you line them up.
Man-made pokemon based on a levitating magnetic superconductor. These are made of metal and must be kept at extremely cold temperatures, hence the typing. I suppose it looks something like a metallic Frosmoth, with very ornate wings.

Yeah uh unfortunately, you can only use up to 2 restrictions, not just 1.
He has both Merciless, could likely use it especially if given Toxic Spikes support, and is part Flying-type. The submission is fine, even if the sub doesn't say both are used; it may have been either a mental note he left by mistake or he may have put a 1 there by mistake after putting that it's for Set 1.

This time, I'll make a better Pokémon.

Description: To describe this Pokémon in three words, it'd be The Ultimate Destructor. This thing can be crazy with Adaptability, especially with Choice Band and High Jump Kick. A 260 BP move is crazy, and will at least 1HKO, 2HKO, or 3HKO anything in OU. Calculations are down below.
(I used Hawlucha as an example).
Adamant: 252+ Atk Choice Band Adaptability Hawlucha High Jump Kick vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Ferrothorn: 560-660 (159 - 187.5%) -- guaranteed OHKO
Jolly: 252 Atk Choice Band Adaptability Hawlucha High Jump Kick vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Ferrothorn: 508-600 (144.3 - 170.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO
Adamant: 252+ Atk Choice Band Adaptability Hawlucha High Jump Kick vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Toxapex: 125-148 (41.1 - 48.6%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
Jolly: 252 Atk Choice Band Adaptability Hawlucha High Jump Kick vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Toxapex: 114-135 (37.5 - 44.4%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
Adamant: 252+ Atk Choice Band Adaptability Hawlucha High Jump Kick vs. 248 HP / 160+ Def Mandibuzz: 352-416 (83.2 - 98.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
Jolly: 252 Atk Choice Band Adaptability Hawlucha High Jump Kick vs. 248 HP / 160+ Def Mandibuzz: 322-380 (76.1 - 89.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Seen those calcs? It's that strong. It can also be an Unburden sweeper, with any of the Tapus, or Rillaboom, and if it manages to setup, it kills. Everything. And if using Moxie, just use Choice Band or Scarf for it. In a nutshell, it's an offensive sweeper with nice moves, amazing abilities, and a nice typing, too.
Probably gonna veto this one unless it gets excessive nerfs. Adaptability is clearly the best ability for this Pokemon seeing how strong of a breaker it makes it, so it only follows one restriction, but on top of that it's just way too strong. Not even bulky resists can take this thing's boosted STAB combination; Zapdos and Moltres get 2HKOd by a +2 Close Combat even if you're Jolly and have no boosting item. Buzzwole has the most raw physical bulk of anything in the tier, and not even that wins when invested fully in physical defense, since Play Rough is an easy 2HKO. All of this is backed by a very good Speed stat as well. If I were you, I'd remove Adaptability (and probably Moxie to be safe) and lower its Attack stat considerably.

I nerfed it's attack to 124 and removed Moxie and Adaptability. I'm sorry for making a broken mon.
