The plan will be for me to start the play-ins: UK vs USSR as soon as possible; and for Kris to start round 1 on Monday July 20th.

No more teams may post lineups besides Europe and Oceania now and they have until the round 1 start to post them.

The following 10 teams have been approved (will make another post approving the rest):

US Midwest — Captained by Mannat (won with 4 votes) and Groudon
France — Captained by SFG (won with 24 votes) and Emeral
Brazil — Captained by Shakur (won with 8 votes) and Spl4sh
USSR — Captained by Mister Tim (won with 10 votes) and Egor

Sorry, the play-in will be Argentina vs USSR. I must have only thought one of India/Greece weren't in it, and the rest of the teams were in WCoP Round 1. So I saw UK and thought it was the only replacement. But since there's 2 teams not in Round 1, UK and Argentina, and Argentina lost earlier in the qualifying, it makes more sense for Argentina to play in the play-in.

ElectricityCat, TopLel TopKek, please message me on discord any changes to the Argentina lineup posted in this thread. I want to get this started as soon as possible.
