With Sun Support:
+4 4 Atk Numel Flame Charge vs. 244 HP / 252+ Def Chansey in Sun: 577-679 (82.1 - 96.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

Riolu @ Focus Sash / Quick Claw
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Roar
- Copycat
- Circle Throw
- Shadow Claw

Decently strong output, and not a bad speed tier. But that's not even the main attraction. The main attrition is the attraction. +1 priority Circle Throw/Roar is an insane boon to hazard stacking teams like HO. The only thing that can outspeed it is fast Prankster users such as Whimsicott or Liepard. An actual offensive threat, somehow, with only two offensive moves.

I think you're forgetting a change that happened since gen6... "You are no longer able to get a +1 priority Roar/Circle Throw(or any phazing move) using Prankster Copycat."
