I am a bit surprised Bulbapedia listed that as confirmed

The Home update is advertised with a picture of the Sinnoh Starters & Shaymin in Kitakami, so I definitely think it's implied & possible, but as far as I know it's not confirmed. They could be doing something weird like just showing off things you'll be able to do after both DLCs are out for all we know, you know?

According to the SV DLC 1 Sheet by RoiDadadou, they might keep the PLA legacy moves.

Eek well I’ve got my other 5 mons waiting in a box on the new save and a Chimchar waiting to be transferred in Home - if it doesn’t end up being a thing I’ll just run with Charcadet probably.
 
May as well put this out-there guess out here just in case I somehow get this correct:

All of Ogerpon's base stats could be 100 in all of its forms, making this the first "all-100 pixie" since Gen 5. Unmasked Ogerpon certainly looks the part, and even if all its abilities grant it 1 raw stat boost each, it's still stuck competing with Speed Boost mons, Hustle mons, Sand Stream Rock-types, and Fur Coat mons.

I would normally agree, but there being no SpA boosting mask might suggest a higher Attack then Special Attack, maybe it mis it’s own unique category of Pokemon, Like Necrozma is an Ultra Emmisary, maybe Ogerpon is it’s own unique category? Also, this thing looks strong, I agree with 600BST, but not evenly distributed.

Maybe you’re confusing it with the Pokemon Adventures chapter it debuted in, “Summon the Emissaries of the Moon and the Sun”
