The effect isn't a once time use, this abilility is nasty. After 2 or 3 mons, it starts hitting with an aditional Life Orb for free.

Generally it’s assumed that when there’s one form, there’s the other. (Unless you’re Greninja) Khu’s initial HOME transfers did state Palkia and Dialga and their origins.

All of this could be obtained with a single Swords Dance after fishing for a free turn and without losing the rest of your team.

That actually requires you to play correctly. This just gives you the x2 boost and without things like Unaware getting in the way either. You then can give yourself a Sword Dance to hit things for x4 damage. It would be busted otherwise.
