3) Find the first move in index order whose BP equals its PP and the first move in index order whose BP equals its accuracy. What is the first pokemon in pokedex order that learns both of them? (ignore smeargle)

I was absent for the actual hunt, but apparently there was some confusion on q3. People thought I skipped over submission to earthquake, which is the next move with equal bp and accuracy. In actuality, I did not, because nidoqueen can learn submission in gen 1, though I did not specify gen 1 in the question. Admittedly this made the question less user friendly, but it wasn't as much of an error as forgetting a move.
