Silly Things You've Seen In Other Metagames

EDIT: This has been a slow day, and I'm thankfully in the clear. So have some incredibly silly replays.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/mixandmega-437428385

The Ferrothorn plays literally make this match into gold.
Why can't I like this twice?

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/mixandmega-437560411

This is some of the most incompetent playing I've ever seen. Someone take this one.
(R) Non-Mega'd Salamence with Hydro Pump and Zen Headbutt.
(R) Hydro Pump crit does 35% to Steelixite Ttar in sandstorm, which probably means it has no Sp. Atk investment at all.
(R) Uses Zen Headbutt on Ttar with predictable results.
(R) Non-Mega'd shiny Raikou uses Thunder during sandstorm, also with predictable results.
(R) Primal Groudon with Eruption, Shadow Claw, and Hyper Beam, all of which it uses on Ttar. If it had just clicked Eruption a second time instead of using Shadow Claw and then Hyper Beam, it would have KO'd.
(R) Physical Mega Pidgeot.
(R) Sp. Def-invested Mega Gyarados? It takes only 38% (and then 36%) from Blue Orb Froslass's Thunder. I guess Froslass could have no/very little Sp. Atk investment maybe?
(L) Blue Orb Froslass? That looks way less than optimal. (70/130/70/110/90/110 base stats) The BoltBeam coverage is real though I guess, and it does have Ice Shard. And it loses its Fire weakness, except against Red Orb 'mons.
(R) Aforementioned Mega Gyarados reveals Double-Edge… by trying to use it on Froslass.
(R) Aforementioned Mega Gyarados also has both Protect and Hydro Pump. Right forfeits when Hydro Pump misses.

- Pikachu, which doesn't seem to carry Light Ball, paralyzing Ferrothorn on purpose. Just waiting for that Gyro Ball, don't you?
- Choice Banded (?) Non-Mega Charizard being able to kill Muk which is maxed out on Evasion
- Someone still doesn't know how Fake Out works

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/anythinggoes-437755317

- Mixed Gallada with Brick Break, Calm Mind, Dazzling Gleam
- Dig Lucario mega evolving the third turn after being send out.. at least it has Close Combat
- GASTRODON NAMED HARAMBE.
- Mixed Mega Aggron with Fire Blast and Surf
- Wow. Left winning the battle due to Delphox' incompatibility of killing a Yanmega

The opposing Meganium used Dragon Tail!
Clefable lost 6% of its health!

Clefable fainted!

Right using Bulldoze during their own Grassy Terrain lol. (Grassy Terrain halves the power of Bulldoze, Earthquake, and Magnitude.)

Edit: And of course, Bulldoze when your attacking move has extreme negative priority.
And Dragon Tail in 1v1 at all.
And not even trying to take advantage of the 50% damage boost to Grass-type moves that Grassy Terrain grants.
And knowingly picking a Pokémon whose best attacking move is Dragon-type when your opponent's only option is a Fairy-type.

BH isn't normally my cup of tea, but even I know there's a lot wrong with this.

Five Bugs and a Drapion. Yeah, this doesn't work.

At least this is competitive (still, what. The.)

Lucario with a double move fail, Pikachu, no megas whatsoever, and--this is my favorite part--a Lapras sweep. (And even then, Aqua Tail when Waterfall exists.)

Right's team is in the wrong format. Laparas cleans up at the end here too.
(R) Pikachu. It actually puts in a bit of work, which is just sad.
(R) Thunder Pikachu. It also has Extreme Speed, which it uses to revenge Thundurus a bit later, and is able to paralyze Meloetta.
(L) Hey, it's Thundurus-T! It Nasty Plots in normal form to benefit from Volt Absorb before revealing the Diancite.
(R) Braxien. Keep in mind, NFEs cannot mega. It has Overheat, which does a decent 60% to Thundy, but is quickly felled.
(R) Thunder on a Ground-type.
(R) Two standard megas, Lucario and Lopunny (methinks right may have misunderstood the point of the format). Luke is swiftly felled by an EQ.
(L) Punishment Landorus-T, which is an attempt at Dark STAB (Gyaradosite), used on Lopunny. What is Knock Off, for one, and that is a Fighting-type in front of you.
(R) The Lopunny has Blizzard. Ice Beam is a niche thing in standard play to nail Lando/Garchomp without being murdered by damage-on-contact, but Blizzard is just ridiculous. It also has Focus Blast, which it uses on Lapras...as it megas. 9%.
(R) Fake Out past the first turn out.
(R) You might be in the wrong format if your Meowstic-F (the offensive one) uses a 4x effective Thunderbolt for a mere 58%.

Actually, in Mix & Mega, Punishment is pretty much as viable of an option as Knock Off.
Knock Off base power when not removing an item: 65
Punishment base power when target has no boosts: 60
And a foe having boosts is, if anything, more likely in Mix & Mega than a foe holding an item, since most things are either using the meta's premise or are Primal Groudon.

Of course, using it on a Fighting-type is still stupid.

Okay
(L) Level 99 Chansey and Level 99 Aegislash
(R) Glaceon. 130 Special Attack is great but Kyurem-W is a thing
(R) Also Tangela...
(R) Calm Mind Shuckle... NICE AND POWERFUL 10 SPATK, RIGHT?!?!?!?! It ended up having Baton Pass, so that saves it kinda
(L) I love Topsy-Turvey and it actually worked. K
(R) Non-Mega Latios
(R) WHICH HAS SUPERPOWER
(L) CLAMP XERNEAS KILLS SHEDINJA
(R) Inferno Mega Lucario backfires... get it?
(R) But gets a crit to kill Aegislash anyway
(L) Luster Purge Mewtwo Y
(R) Offensive... Tangela...

Level 99 Pokémon actually make sense. The Aegislash is Level 99 so it uses U-Turn after opposing Aegislash, gaining momentum; the Chansey is Level 99 so that in a Chansey vs. Chansey situation, the opposing Chansey will transform first, being faster, and thus run out of PP first. Just wanted to point that out.

This worked somehow? Not sure what the Red Orb Accelgor with… STAB HP Fire I guess? was about. Nor do I know what the Blue Orb Ninjask was about.
Also apparently stalling with Blissey for heals is frowned upon.
★SuperWaluigiMaster: you're cancer

I wish I'd saved the replay where Sylveon stays in on Pinsirite Cobalion and he clicks Close Combat expecting me to switch, and I crit a Draining Kiss and fully heal from it, and then he does ~80% with Iron Head and I Draining Kiss again and KO him.

And in this match my opponent tries to use a PU team. With predictable results.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/mixandmega-438037140
At least it looked somewhat competent, despite needing a bulky defogger badly.

Okay, so I went out to the world of Mix and Mega with a team of mons no one really sees (and Mew), and some silliness (and terrible battling, including from me) result.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/mixandmega-437739115
Stunfisk is great at destroying fools.

This... is how my matches typically went. MINUS that Starmie.

A man gets surprised at my team, and then starts to get wrecked. With vocals.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/mixandmega-437759492
Toxicroak is much better than Swoobat would ever be. Also... behold: the maximum speed Tangrowth!

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/mixandmega-437762450
8 turns, but more than 8 things that are wrong about this battle.

And then... two more that I happened to find that were really good.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/mixandmega-438323356
Left cannot deal with Sceptilite Vaporeon.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/mixandmega-438325774
This is filled with too many dumb things for my mind to parse. Someone take this one!

(L) Stock Mega Gyarados and Alakazam.
(R) Stock Mega Banette with Dazzling Gleam. Does 165 base Attack mean nothing to you? Trick Room at least makes some sense.
(L) After which Gyarados finally uses Crunch after 2 turns of using Aqua Tail and risking a miss.
(R) Thunderbolt Primal Kyogre. What. Is. Thunder.
(L) Non-mega Blastoise with Aqua Tail.
(R) Kyogre kills Alakazam with Hydro Pump. Origin Pulse is a straight upgrade.
(R) Except it did have Origin Pulse. Which it used on Primal freaking Groudon. And followed it up with Iron Head.
(L) Said Groudon had Body Slam, Bulk Up, Brick Break, and Ancient Power.
(R) Another Primal Groudon, this one with Hammer Arm. This one, however, was at least smart enough to run a STAB move (Earthquake).
(L) Non-mega Charizard (not even MaM is immune to this trash) with Air Slash, Dragon Tail, and Body Slam.

Half the MixAndMega Ladder is cancer weird. I've never seen them many rude people in a row. Someone missed 2 Stone Edges with their Groudon (Thunder Punch exists imo and lets you hit Skarmory, nobody uses Ho-Oh here anyways), and, to qoute them: "why does this game love retarded people".

Edit: Zephyr Dragon Lord I love your team lol

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/mixandmega-438466381
Doom Desire: 1, Baton Pass Blazikenite Mew: 0
And I didn't even play optimally. (Somehow failed to expect the first-turn Protect that I should have known was coming, because Speed Boost users always Protect first turn.) Incidentally, I'm not sure what status move he expected Jirachi to pull out, since I'd revealed three of my moves already. When I've just fired off a Doom Desire, why would you expect any move other than U-Turn?
Edit: It doesn't show in the replay, of course, but he took a very long time to pick his next move after I set up Doom Desire. XD

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/mixandmega-438460027
It's quite possible I shouldn't have won this. All he had to do was spam Sticky Web until I switched, since if I'd had Seismic Toss I would've used it already.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/mixandmega-438455138
All those Quiver Dances, and I still outsped?!
Also, that ending though.

I don't understand life anymore. Please cover this.
http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/anythinggoes-438684934
PS don't criticize my team. I know exactly what it is and I made it just for the lols.
See, I can get why people make teams with stupid Pokemon on Anything Goes. It is the "For Fun" ladder. But, I mean, there's a difference between using all your favorite Pokemon and not knowing a single thing about Pokemon Battling like your opponent.

And I thought my last one was bad. This needs covering too.
http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/anythinggoes-438699342
Since you said your team is not meant to be serious, I will only cover your enemy:
Assault Vest Deoxys-A. Eviolite Diglett has more bulk than that (seriously, go calculate it).
Mega Sableye with Shadow Ball (Dark Pulse is better due to Normal-types being immune to Ghost types) and MEGA KICK.
Landorus-T with Superpower and FOCUS BLAST (Landorus-T has no need for Fighting type coverage, much less for special attacks).
Non-mega Venusaur.
Non-mega Glagie with Blizzard.
Zapdos prepares a Sky Attack and gets killed before being able to execute it.

Mega Evolved my Gallade and used Protect, Fearow and Skymin attempt to attack him but Protect blocked them, Milotic taken out Skymin with Ice Beam, opponent forfeit at round 1.

Wow, I played too good in this one.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/randomtriplesbattle-438870786

I had Luvdisc left, but when my opponent discovers that Genesect's Techno Blast is Not Very Effective does to it holding Douse Cassette, he/she somehow forfeits.

Thanks for complimenting that team I used.... Anyways..
We've got trouble!

You know how people don't understand how to play MnM? This guy probably doesn't have a grasp on competitive battling.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/mixandmega-438817025
I found something worse than Banettite Shedinja.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/hackmonscup-438915507
The last few turns show how Xerneas can be Impostor-proofed, and are just silly.

http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/hackmonscup-438933936
Klefki sweeps. Without boosts.
