went into two battles, got two very different teams
1: some guy using only a (non-sash) smeargle
2: a metronome team (of celebi/togekiss/clefable/jirachi/m-banette/poliwrath)

The Chansey had no Seismic Toss?
Maybe the Swoobat had roost and was able to outstall the Chansey with roost + attacking.

-Rotom-S. No, it didn't have Air Balloon.
-Stun Spore non-PH Breloom. Which it used under Trick Room.
-Didn't realize Skarmory was one to make the choice between power and no recoil. This one had Drill Peck.
-Pidgeot that got outsped by Smeargle. That, and it had both Wing Attack and Sky Attack, with a Focus Sash.
-Snorlax with Hyper Voice.
-Mixed Brick Break Clefable. Also with Cute Charm.
-Flash Cannon Starmie. On +3 Latias.
-Kangaskhan.
-Counter Conkeldurr.
-Swalot.
-Dragon Dance+Dragon Tail Dragonite.
-Pikachu using Iron Tail... on a Bastiodon. Did all of 15%.

Non-mega charizard is actaully pretty viable, with LO + Solar Power.
Electro Ball works better if you outspeed the target, raichu is pretty fast. Thunderbolt is still better, but still.
I can kinda see where your going with that, but the rest is still ridiculous
