Just saw a swords dance Megaluke with vacuum wave as its fighting STAB. I know it was his sole fighting STAB because he used it twice against a Heatran.

Smh. I know he doesn't get mach punch but if you're gonna go vacuum wave just go nasty plot...

Another instance of "Dude WTF?" in battle.

They sent out Sableye, and used Shadow Ball on Zoroark. Keep in mind my first move was to use Night Daze. I know I'm not a very subtle illusionist.
On a crit admittedly but I'm pretty sure Aggron has the bulk to survive a non-STAB Flamethrower. with the normal usage of it.
and then there's the using of Brave Bird on a Rock type... Maybe Choice band/Scarf?
 
I just saw an Azumarill with Belly Drum holding a Life Orb.
Because max Attack clearly doesn't hit hard enough.

252 SpA Zoroark Flamethrower vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Filter Mega Aggron on a critical hit: 252-297 (73.2 - 86.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
Also, why Hyper Voice on Zoroark?
Oh, almost forgot the non-sashed Smeargle at the end.

Simple. I have it on Gardy. And zoroark's normally disguised as Gardy.

On another note This is probably the worst Sore Loser I've yet to face. BP'd a lot of stat buffs (and some accuracy drops curtesy of Night Daze) around. Tried Stored Power on Zoroark and when the crit broke through the def buffs, and the Scizor that came out almost got OHKO'd I think I made the poor kid nerd rage. http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-88319351

Ah. That's really stupid of me. Oh well, I guess I fell for the Illusion.

Anyway, how about Nosepass? I have no idea what it was supposed to be, as the opponent ragequit before I could battle it. Are there any strategies for Nosepass? I'm assuming it was just a FEAR.

Sturdy + Shell Bell or Berry Juice/Recycle + Pain Split
 
Random Passerby battled me.

Hyper Beam Mega-Gardevoir (on my fucking Hydregion, went into Excadrill) Thrash Ursaring and Light Screen Ampharos.

Only brought in 3/6 Pokemon, mind you. (It was a Triple battle)

EDIT: Should mention that when he was close to making my +2 Mega Kangaskhan faint, which had half of it's health after his Thrash...he went for my 6 hp Excadrill.

Alright.

Well... this is a random passerby. Stuff like this isn't just common, it's damn near everywhere. I bet 90% of the people who do random passersby battles are casual players who just want to have fun.

+6 252+ Atk Normal Gem Lickilicky Explosion vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Mega Aggron: 335-394 (97.3 - 114.5%) -- 81.3% chance to OHKO
in order to avoid the OHKO, you'd have to be Steel-type with 96 HP / 230 Defense, with 252/252+, so it kills literally anything that isn't 4x resistance, using Protect, or is a Ghost.
