While non-Band Scizor is outclassed by its Mega, you have only one Mega per team. For example,there is Trapper LO Scizor and Mega Mane in my VoltTurn team. Scizor is B+ viable

Focus Sash is legit on Shedinja, since it lets it take a single Super Effective hit. (The other legit items on Shedinja are either Safety Goggles to avoid weather damage or Lum Berry to avoid status once.) The iffy thing is using Shedinja in OU at all.
