As far as I know yes, although if you bring a therian form landorus to the abundant shrine in BW2 you can also get the item. So without dream radar or therian for landorus you can not get it.
Does anybody have a landorus-therian form for trade?

Unfortunately, therian-formes CANNOT be traded, ever.
Similar to Plat/HGSS, in which the Griseous Orb item can't be traded (though it can be obtained from GTS)
It has no effect on the Dusk Ball (just turn off battle animations if you want to save time ;))

As long as it has legit stats, has right ability and place of origin (hatched from egg, ect) then it is fine.

Ribboned mons can still be traded via direct wifi trade, but not on the GTS
