Get a male parent that is x/x/x/x/x/31 and breed that way. Chain breed male parents as you go. Easy way is finding a compatible male in friend safari.

why do you need it in a heal ball?

Females retain the ball they are caught in as long as you dont breed it with a ditto, so that way, when i get to the point where im breeding for iv's i can eventually have perfect drilburs in a cool pokeball of my choice!

its not necessary, but i enjoy it because it gives that small extra touch to the pokemon i breed
