Gardevoir does not learn Hyper Voice through either breeding nor leveling up, so yes, you have to wait until the Pokebank opens.

Fake Out is Lotad -> Squirtle
Water Spout is Wailmer -> Octillery -> Squirtle
Aura Sphere and Dragon Pulse are Clawitzer -> Squirtle.
OMG I just found out females can pass down egg moves now??? How did I miss this....

A Pokemon with Compound Eyes at the front of your party increases the odds of wild Pokemon holding items.

Hello, I am interested in leftovers, Beldums, legendary birds, mewtwo y stone, and spirittomb.
I have 2 6 perfect ivs, in klefki and mawille, a plethora of spitbacks(3-4 Perfect ivs, some 5) of chansey, heracross, honehedge, mawille, marill, froakie, jolticks, ferroseed, and others that I cant rremember. WIll add bp item too if interested for the leftovers deal.

I know this might sound kinda crazy, but figured there might be some skilled breeders/SVers here that might be willing to take up the challenge, I'm looking for a very specifically bred Pokemon request; shiny, female, Modest, HA Dratini with 5-6IVs. Yes that's a lot I know but again, this is the place if anywhere that someone could achieve it. I think with SV, it could be done, I'm just not a breeder so the IVs aspect is difficult. Can offer a pair of shinies out of the following as payment: Eevee, Honedge, Torchic, Fennekin, Lapras. Egg moves not necessary however.
I have a really silly question (and I hope this is the right spot) but regarding friend codes, are they fixed once you register them? Let's say a friend of mine lent me her copy of Pkmn Y for me to breed some stuff and I have to access Friend Safari (which will require me to exchange f.codes with people online). If i were to access/exchange it using my 3ds, will she still be able to access it using her 3ds when I return it back to her?
