it's definitely a 5 iv xerneas because those hard-stats are the highest i've seen for modest nature. its easy to tell because the legendaries in x and y always have at least 3 31 ivs
If you're confident of that, then keep it.

Mehhhh... Kinda bad. Two of them are stealth rock weak.

Also all weak to Expert Belt Thundurus-T, which is a really bad weakness for your core to have.
