question, does xerneas usually have 31 in at least 3 stats? I heard someone say this before

That's horrible imo, toss and try again. Yes, legendary pokemon in X and Y have a guaranteed 31 IV's in 3 different stats.

Basically you start off with pokemon that have stats that you want the 30IV in and work from that but it's a pain hence why they're worth so much.
 
I am looking for a Bold, Relaxed or Impish Carbink. Decent IVs preferred.

This details flawless spreads, it may help you. I never could understand how to breed for Hidden Power either and I've been breeding competitive mons for years!

On another note, has anyone read Tail Glow's Flavor Text? "The user stares at flashing lights to focus its mind, drastically raising its Sp. Atk stat". Sounds like the easiest way to get a seizure...
 
OK I have a question about the OU rules: I'm seeing a lot of things about Genesect and Mega Lucario getting banned, though those were old posts and i'm not really sure how to check the official smogon X / Y rules for this one so......are Genesect and Mega Lucario banned now?

No. Suspect Testing is going on right now, so the official word on whether they will be banned or not should come relatively soon.

I'll be leveling a few pokemon to level 100 for free tomorrow. I will level any pokemon of yours you want me to, but please let it at least be something you'll be using. If you're interested in having any of your pokemon leveled to 100 for free, send me a message with the information on the pokemon. There are only four spots available, so act fast!
