yea, it is a long process. lol. But it is seen used against Rotom W mostly to KO it after rocks and residuals.
edit- And Ludicolo. oh my lord, that was so funny. This guys Ludicolo HP went down so fast.

Well that's fine. Except it was faster to breed it then level up a smeargle one by one until it can learn sketch, find the pokemon, sketch the move, level up for another sketch, then learn the other move.
dude, I can just hook you up with one if you got something to trade. A simple spitback I don't need. I have literally have 2 boxes full of em. Female also, if you want to breed it yourself.
Thanks I have a Female Swinub in a Nestball currently, so a Male would be fine. I have a fair Number of Chansey's in DreamBall spitbacks to offer in exchange. All have Careful Nauters and the last few have Seismic Toss (I was trying to get a Perfect 5IV Parent before breeding in Seismic Toss), and a couple are imperfect 5 IVs that are good for breeding.
Or some Love Ball Ralts from a current project. ( I kept making confusing Typos sorry)
I have a fair amount of Chanseys already. Any eevees with HA/ hypervoice? Dedenne, meowstic, volbeat, defot nuzleaf?

Hey everyone, I'm curious. I'm wondering about RNGing a Kyurem...now, I know that it's possible to get a shiny Kyurem, and also possible to get one with max IVs...but is it possible to RNG one that's both Shiny and has Max IVs?
(I consider "extremely, unbelievably difficult and patience-testing" to be possible. I just want to know if it's even minutely possible before I go any further in my thought process.)

yes it is possible if you allow for searches with keypresses, and many pid frame advancements :)
Let's see, a couple HA Female Eevees in Luxuary Balls neither have Hyper Voice though, I don't even have a clue on how to get a Eevee to Learn that. If it's Transfer only, then I can't do it at all because I deleted my Black 2 game data after getting all my Pokemon off it the other day so I can replay it. And I don't have a Defog Nuzzleaf, HA Meowstic/Espurr I have in Pokebank.
It learns it every 10 levels
Then I have to fish for heart scales. It was really just faster to breed for me.

Alright I hope the Ball is off no issue, (most I have are Dive Balls as I was tying to get Prankster Male Meowsitc), if it is: I can just go snag in my FS until I get a female one. But give a 30 minutes either way. I have to eat lunch.
