Yea that's unlucky to say the least, but it seems a bigger chance you'd think... Stone edge missing twice is a 4% chance... That's slim, seeing as it seems to miss more! Focus miss is 70% accurate yet hits like 50-50 haha
I compare things in life to missing focus blast :P

Sorry, this may be nothing, but has this thing been through hack check? Pokebank celebi can't be SR'ed, and that's some mighty good stats for a pokemon you can only receive once...
