Nope, oh before I get going does the ball type matter? I can RNG breed it but my HG nor my SS carts have that spread flawless for shiny so if you wanted it in anything not a default Pokeball, I can't help you. :/

Dragonite ball?
I like Dive Ball for normal, because the Dragonite line is often found near water, but I think Dusk Ball looks excellent on shiny. Why does everybody do Dream or Nest?
Luxury/Nest imo.
Edit: People use Nest because IT IS JUST AWESOME.

Best ball for sableye?
Dusk is universal for ghosts, otherwise Lux for non shiny and Ultra for shiny
Dream is good for non-shiny imo. Pink/purple is a nice combination and it fits the little gem on his chest.
