To be honest though, you'd probably be best just keeping a clone in gen 3, and seeing what people request, since it has a lot of useful moves.

Original purpose.
Use it, Shedinja literally doesn't need any more stats anyway. (maybe a 31 in Speed, but you're going to use it to catch RNGs so that Speed is pointless).
Dont settle for anything less than perfect for something you can catch/breed more of. Just stick to catching with it.

In case you're curious, I caught Igglybuff's and Cleffa's great grandmother in Soul Silver and transferred them to gen VI. Snubbull's grand mother was captured in an Emerald emulator and then transferred to a retail game with a flash cart. All these are Kalos bred and have my OT/ID No. They are not clones.
