LF someone to transfer one 5th gen .pkm pokemon file to XYORAS. CMT. I'm trading it for a Maxsoft Ray code so if you don't see anything you like in my thread, I can give you a copy of the Rayquaza I keep.

i can get you spitback of heal squirtle, as well as the corphish. squirtle id have to breed, corphish im actuslly waiting to receive as a breeding project. if u can/want tl wait a few days i can help out

My FS has Snorunt in it, if you wish to catch it yourself. It won't have HAs available since I don't have a current save post-E4 (can't bring myself to finish the save atm), but I assume Snow Warning is what you're after?

I wanna start catching Metangs in the fresh new Friend Safari I got. Should I deploy the same Final Gambit thing as with legendaries? The chances to get both HP and Speed are lower (and it probably means the two IVs go directly in those). Or should I just use a Night Shade/Seismic Toss user to check for HP and hope for the best? I'm thinking that just catching a bunch of Metangs in one go would be faster than doing it the other way?

It helps that the third Pokemon isn't unlocked yet so it's 50/50. Also, if I do use a Speed checker, I should probably equip a Smoke Ball (since there's Magneton as well, who is faster than Metang), right?

Catching Metang takes forever, especially with fancy balls that don't improve the odds. I would make sure to check first, if it's worth catching.
Otherwise you'll be wasting a lot of time thanks to that catch rate of 3...

Oh, that's a good point actually...

Guess I will deploy a checker then (and use Capture O-Power)...
 
Thomaz yeah I used the whole stat checker method for my Quick Ball Metang. Nelson is right, you spend SO much time throwing balls at the same one thanks to the 3 catch rate so checking the stats is really worth it! If going for jolly (or any +speed nature) I probably still have the checking mons I used, but I need to check..

For those wondering, mine is 30/30/26/27/31/31 jolly :)

Yeah, I know. :) Was thinking of going for Adamant as to not possibly steal trades lel.
