Yeah, Softboiled was Gen III tutor exclusive. I guess you could just run Moonlight or Wish/Protect over Softboiled if you want a defensive or CM Clefable.

Hello, I am aware of a lot of simple breeding mechanics in pokemon, but I am interested in learning about RNG abuse. I am completely new to the methods. When I tried to read the pages on RNG abuse on this website, there were a lot of terms that I felt need a definition. Could anyone direct me to a thorough and comprehensive description of RNG abuse? Thanks
Welcome to Smogon!
Firstly, you should know that RNG abuse is not possible in 6th gen games, and likely never will be.
The onsite guides are about as simple an explanation as you'll get. You might also want to check out ProjectTitan313's guide to 5th Gen RNG abuse, that explains much of the terminology in a very clear and easy to understand way. That can be downloaded from here, and I can 100% recommend that, it's how I learned.
As for how to actually do it, that depends on which game you're trying to do it in, and whether you're playing on a cartridge or an emulator. Again, I would refer you to the onsite guides. If you have any more specific questions later on, you can try asking them on this thread, or where you are right now. I would recommend reading the guides thoroughly and trying to ask specific questions (if you still need help) after becoming familiar with the terminology first.

I'd say keep. Nature isn't that worthless and it's unique lol (only the 4 speed is a bit annoying)
That looks yummy. The Spe is a little more than min, but I don't think that matters with it being perfect otherwise.
PS, don't mention the HP Power on Mew lol. No matter what it is, it has a stronger move of that type(I.e. Ice Beam.)
