Did someone notice that Dragonite has always 31iv in hp,def,spa,spd ? Is maybe better use Dragonite with the modest nature? Any other suggest?

With Tailwind support or an agility boost I would say you can definitely use a mixed Nite. But not too sure if that set would need Barrier.

Just allocating bulk. I need to test and run calcs to adjust but I think this Dragonite would function best as a parashuffling annoyance.

I want to RNG abuse a 4th gen Latios/Latias to have access to defog + good nature and IVs. But since they were from a Wi-fi event you can no longer get the Enigma stone. Is there a way to reproduce this event in a physical copy of the game? Or is there any other way? ...
