Apparently Tyrogue evolves into Hitmontop when it's Defense is equal to it's Attack.

Are there any special breeding mechanics for the different sizes of pumpkaboo? e.g. is the offspring the same as the parent or is it random?
The offspring is the same size as the parent. I believe it takes the size of the female one if you breed two Pumpkaboo.

outragous , try to breed a female and then breed it with an Axew to get Dragon Dance.
You'll have to drop one of the Fang moves though.
