hotcoldyay: alkinesthetase makes running some bulk on Breloom seem unappealing; however, I usually run some bulk with a Fight Gem.

My personal spread and set of preference is the following.

Breloom_NB.gif

Breloom @ Fight Gem | Adamant
Technician | 68 HP / 224 Atk / 216 Spe
Swords Dance | Mach Punch | Bullet Seed | Spore

It allows you to live a nonboosted Terrakion Close Combat (salac + sub or sash lead) 100% of the time, allowing with the rare Life Orb Icy Wind from Keldeo. Plus, you outspeed max speed Adamant Scizor. Definitely try it out if you want a "bulkier" Breloom.

Thanks for the reccomendation, ill definitely try it out and see if it works :)

And my final question: which volcarona bulky set is better, the current one one site or a spread of 144hp/252def/112spe considering both have the same nature and moveset?

The only "reasonable" set you can come up with a Careful nature would be a Bulk Up set, a mono-attacking Bulk Up RestTalk one.

Heracross @ Leftovers
Trait: Guts
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SDef / 4 Spd
Careful Nature
- Bulk Up
- Megahorn
- Sleep Talk
- Rest

That said, this one is far from a viable set in OU. Heatran is very common and walls it to death. Tornadus-T scores an easy KO because of its weakness. Ninetales still OHKO you in sun. The problem is that you have a hard time staying alive until Rest fades off, and that's disregarding the low reliability of Sleep Talk.

2 questions
Besides fire water grass core, are there any other useful cores that can be used in OU?
How much does my pokemon's speed increased by when a tailwind is being set up in my field?

for more specific examples of other cores check out the OU cores thread; it's in this forum somewhere

tailwind: doubles the speed

You hit Landorus-T with Hidden Power Ice which isn't affected by Intimidate and you resist EdgeQuake. It's a great check!

Whats a good Sash Breloom set?

Breloom @ focus sash
Trait: Technician
EVs: 4 HP/ 252 atk / 252 spe
Adamant / Jolly nature
-spore
-swords dance
-Mach punch
-bullet seed

Jolly is to outspeed adamant mamoswine, in which case you could run low sweep over swords dance to catch Tornadus on the switch and outspeed.

Hmm you're right...but I don't understand the reason of this choice, and it isn't explained in the article

The only reason I can see for that is to avoid to outspeed other CB Scizors, so you can U-Turn last and retain the momentum. However even that is questionable, since if the enemy Scizor is not that much healthy, you can do a huge chunk with Superpower anyway, so...I gues it's up to your personal preference.

I need a Pokemon with SLOW baton pass / u turn / volt switch and wish.

Any suggestions?

Umbreon, vaporeon, and flareon are the slowest who can do this, iirc. Theres also girafarig, jirachi, illumise (faster due to prankster if you choose to use it) and togekiss, but they are a lot faster than the first three. All rely on baton pass except jirachi, who uses u-turn, and they all can learn wish.

Is this set a gimmick, or is it legitimate?

Scizor @ Aspear Berry
Trait: Technician
EVs: 4HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- U-turn
- Bullet Punch
- Natural Gift
- Pursuit

Aspear Berry makes Natural Gift an technician-boosted ice-attack that often kills a Dragon or (actually more common) Gliscor.

One-trick ponies generally are gimmick sets, at least in the OU meta game. Natural Gift won't get you anywhere when you cannot outspeed something that OHKOs you. Heatran walls a set without Superpower and both Salamence and Dragonite will hit you with Fire moves for great damage. Gliscor is usually faster than you and when it put up a sub, you will loose your berry for nothing.
The best way to handle Dragons is just keep SR in the field and Swords Dance. +2 Bullet Punch and SR allows you to down any Dragon in OU. You will need +4 for Gliscor, though.

Scizor @ Aspear Berry
Trait: Technician
EVs: 4HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- U-turn
- Bullet Punch
- Natural Gift
- Pursuit

Aspear Berry makes Natural Gift an technician-boosted ice-attack that often kills a Dragon or (actually more common) Gliscor.

I see it more as a gimmick. Natural Gift wastes a Scizor's potential to surprise Heatran on the switch with Superpower, as well as the ability to take out Chansey and Blissey. Natural Gift is a one shot deal, and is only useful for taking out the ONE Pokemon that other members of your team should be prepared for. If you depend on Scizor to surprise Gliscor and Landorus, then your team needs some serious help. Besides, Choice Band is sooo much better because it nets him those important kills to weakened mons, as well as certain OHKOs. So the answer to your question is, yes, this set is a complete gimmick and should NEVER be used over his SD or CB sets.

What are some good teammates for heracross besides Heatran?

Gastrodon seems like he would make a pretty good team mate since he can safely come in and Ice Beam many Pokemon that give Heracross trouble such as Gliscor with SR support and even Landorus if I am not mistaken. Paralysis support can also come in handy if you are not running scarf so Pokemon such as Parashuffle Dragonite, or Jirachi would make great teammates.

Sets are in hide tags.

Jirachi (M) @ Leftovers
Evs: 252 HP / 224 SpD / 32 Spe

-Body Slam / Thunder Wave
-Wish
-Protect / Stealth Rock / Fire Punch

Gastrodon

Gastrodon (M) @ Leftovers

What if I want to use a scarf Heracross?

If you want to run Scarf Heracross, Heatran and Gastrodon are probably your best bet since they cover your weaknesses perfectly and give most things that wall you trouble. Deo-D hazard support and a good wall breaker to wear down the opponents team so you can clean up late game also would be very helpful for Heracross.
