Thanks to everyone who nominated me, it's heartwarming to see that many people appreciate my contribution to randbats :psyglad:

Unlike last year, I am happy to finally recognize most nominees for best auths, and I am especially happy to see people I got to know more like AtlasNeo, nemoauditur, kenn, Distrib getting their much deserved flowers!
Now it's time to do one of my favorite activities: rigging stuff! In this case, I am talking about the votes for this edition of the Smog Awards.

adorluigi has been an incredibly dedicated tour host for randbats spotlights, but you can probably click on any section on this website and his name will pop up as the person starting threads for any kind of tournaments

Clementine needs no introduction as an artist but their custom avatar for Team Italy in Wcop is one of the most beautiful and original I have ever seen. The avatar they showed is great but the other version might be even better!

Speaking of customs, Samirsin's custom is quite dope, isn't it?

Referrals HAS to win for "User Most Likely to Use a New Forum Avatar Every Week" because this man has created 150+ alts in just two years, changes avatar on ps every 10 minutes and the same applies to his profile picture on Smogon...

Please don't kill me if I didn't mention you, I just wanted to talk about those who I am 100% convinced deserve to win in their category x)
Last but not least, please vote random battles as the best room (and join the wilderness, it's a cozy place and the staff there are great)!
 
Thanks everyone who nommed me for best programmer despite being the only current non tech staff

Also, I am very happy to see Partners in Crime receiving more recognition, despite its brief stint as a permaladder seeing it nommed for best OM and seeing my Numel team nommed for best RMT definitely made me felt like I'm doing good work with the meta after the tier broke last gen.

Definitely one ups my own nomination for sure lmao
 
adorluigi is an incredibly devoted user who has contributed a lot to GP and tournament hosting and bro's still doing more. And he has helped me a lot in different stuff. Y'all need to make him go viral (my vocabulary sucks).

Also some cool users ik who are in that: Entrocefalo, a fairy, autumn, Wildfiree, Neko, Pengairxan, Giyu, Clas, style.css, Glory, Sunny004, Imperial, runo, UT, Boomp, and Ivar57. (tbh I don't know anyone else, Sorry!)

I am surprised to be nommed for anything at all and being nommed as such for Most Improved, Best CAP Poster, and Best Room Auth has me having all the warm, happy feelings.

Shoutout to so many users adorluigi Gimmicky uppa Stories ausma who all were nommed for things and deserve the votes, my fellow smogdads UT jam explodingdaisies McCoolDude WaterBomb love you guys, my fellow PS! auth Distrib marillvibes ken Sulo, my OM goons Slither Wing cat Clas HiZo and lastly my CAPpers spoo quziel Earthflax SHSP Spammernoob. I have so many more friends that I would be sitting here all day tagging y'all if I continued lol

I didn’t really get super involved with the art community until pretty recently, so I’m pretty surprised to see a nom, since it seems like community engagement and presence is one of the biggest factors in actually getting on the slate. Regardless, thx for the nom, and I’m glad that y’all have been enjoying my work
