how to use the google form
- input your smogon username (it's anonymous other than this, so you don't need to worry about me doxxing you. pretty sure you can't doxx me either, so don't try that.)
- tick the box beside every move you think the horsey should learn
- if you think the horsey shouldn't learn a move, don't tick the box
- moves with majority support get added; moves without don't.
- that's it really
it should be noted that the idea of only high horsepower received some support - if you agree, then only tick the high horsepower box. obviously. (there is also a no moves option at the end, if that tickles your fancy. don't be silly and tick that as well as some moves.)
