i think that the spread should be something more like 80/100/75/79/80/106=520. that lets it be tankish with 80/75/80 defences, hit hard with 109 attack, a usable special attack but not the best, and jussssst enough speed to outspeed mismagius.

@lord alchemist: i think a little pokemon called farfetch'd has one of those... AND IS BEGGING FOR AN EVO. save the pole based fighter for the farfetche'd fighting/flying evo.

Balanced, sorta
Syclant friggin' has two 4x weaknesses AND SR mega-weak and people say he's broken with his glass cannon's stats. This guy's typing is much better than Syclant's, both offensively (Normal/Ghost, what?) and defensively (only Shadow Ball fear), so... How do we fuck with his overpoweredness?
Balacing him, of course! See Mesprit, Glalie, Kangaskhan and Farfetch'd (lol) and compare them to the metagame (not-that-much-)superstars also known as Azelf, Froslass, Tauros and Luvdisc.
So, what about... 80/110/90/90/70/80, 520 BST? I need to check if this thing stops the most common wall-breakers (Tyranitar, Lucario, Infernape, Heatran?), but at least ts not weak to any of his STAB moves.

This spread is pretty balanced to me. The BST would obviously make it uber, but I'm actually all for that and it makes everyone happy. If not that then...

This is for UU. Either way, it's not in OU. With these stats and typing, it could end up being as such anyway, if not BL.

Defensive stats:

Then are you going to ask for Stat spreads then?
The point of people suggesting stat spreads doesn't serve as people wanting to get noticed Hyra. It acts as a discussion stimulus. For example, by posting a 100/ 100/ 100/ 100/ 100/ 100 spread and calling it balanced, I'm inviting discussion as to why a 600 BST with 100 in every stat won't work. It also lets the community express how it feels about a pokemon with equal attacks ("No way, it should be physical with those STABs!") and defenses ("If we're making a BU pokemon, Defense should inherently be lower."). Chillax dude.
I DEMAND ALL OF YOU STOP TAKING THE LORD'S NAME IN VAIN!
Also, just let Hyra do his job. He's doing great so far, although I do prefer the "choose your option" polling if only for convenience sake, but whatever.
Offense. I want a physical attacking ghost.
Hopefully, Balanced took the cake, here. We'll see what happens when Hyra posts the next poll.
I'm voting for offensive. Balanced pokemon are annoying because they can do everything, but not all at once, essentially making you pick between an offensive and defensive structure. Ghost / Fighting as an offensive attack does seem kind of broken, getting STAB on two attacking types that are unresisted, but that's easily balancable by stats and / or movepool. It's got great resistances to switch in, and provided we don't go overboard, could act somewhat like Lucario.
I am so loving this. Exept i might want to give it 75 sp.atk as well. Adding to a totol of 475. The doesn't make much of a difference in "Brockeness" as much.
why are all the people who I was obviously going to ask for spreads complaining? I just don't want Joe Schmoe coming in here, posting a spread and people discussing it as if it was real. All of people posting don't exactly get what balanced meant in the first place, and they were just confusing others.
Anyways, tally time:
Offensive - 20 votes - 24.39%
Defensive - 6 votes - 7.31%
Balanced - 56 votes - 68.29%
Next question is physical, special, or mixed? Just keep in mind mixed means that either speed or HP will suffer depending on how low the BST is. Most balanced pokemon that are mixed are pretty mediocre, see Kingdra. Kingdra is the strongest of them, and it is at the fringes of OU.
This might seem like bias against mixed. But people thought that balanced meant all stats being equal when I clearly provided counter examples. A mixed balanced Pokemon is what they were fearing.
