If the player in last points-wise is behind all other players by at least 50 points at the end of a voting phase (or turn? idk), then they receive ten points automatically.

Players will receive 1 point for each "YES" vote their proposal receives each round. Should their be proposal be voted in unanimously, they will receive an additional 10 points. Should their proposal receive zero "YES" votes, they will lose 10 points.

Proposal: Clean Slate Substitutions
Players substituting into the game cannot inherit negative scores. In the event where a player substitutes in for a player with negative points, their score becomes zero.

The Sandwich Proposal
When this proposal is passed, all players must take a photograph of a sandwich with a piece of paper next to the sandwich. The piece of paper should have written on it clearly the name of the player, the current date, and Smogon Nomic. The player must then post the photograph in one of the Smogon Nomic threads within 48 hours.

Proposal: Power of Veto
The user whose proposal has the most yes votes after a voting phase then gets to choose one of the other rules passing that same phase, if any. That rule does not pass, regardless of having enough votes. The holder of this power can of course choose not to use it as well.

Since people like to limit the number of winners, here's a less drastic one.
Proposal: Minority Rules
The number of players that may win the game will be limited to less than 50% of the people that voted in the most recent voting phase. If more players achieve victory conditions on that turn, the tie will be broken by the amount of votes each player's most recent proposal got.
