smogon shirts redux?

I like WER's shirt. It just need more purple, less blue, and something more original instead of the numbers.

@ StrangerDanger: If its the generic Koffing, yeah. However, something like this Koffing by DJD would work. I don't know why, but it seems less childish, I guess, than the normal Koffing.

just add a koffing/smogon somewhere and color it purple
 
Lots of graphic hoodies/t-shirts repeat a small logo/image all over the shirt, and I think that could work well with the Koffing symbol. Something like this, just in T-shirt form. In my opinion, it's a bit less generic than "logo on left moob".
 
I kinda like Mekkah's idea better, as I'd probably laugh at something like that even if I didn't know the joke.

Can't say I'd wear a Pokemon shirt in public though, not at school at least. =x
 
Hm... Since everyone seems to like the In My Defense - 176 EVs thing:

Maybe a two sided shirt, on the front saying "Yeah, I play competitive Pokemon" and on the back saying "In my Defense - 176 EVs". I would probably wear this shirt even though it blatently announces you play Pokemon, just because the two phrases combine really well. Of course, you can add the Koffing and the Koffing symbol somewhere.

If that doesn't sound good, how about "It takes a real man to play Pokemon on a Pink DS" (or however Surgo's quote goes) with "In my Defense - 176 EVs" on the back. Makes a little less sense, but gets two major quotes in it.
 
How about the Smogon logo, aka the one in the top left corner of this page? Would look very spiffy big in the middle or small on the left side of a white shirt with purple and gold trim.

On the back it could say something like what Mekka posted, some inside smogon joke.
 
I think its "You know a man isn't afraid of anything when he whips out a pink DS in public and starts playing Pokemon, but we can paraphrase". I would love to where a shirt like that.

I still think that the logo posted in that thread before and used in wer's thread is great :) I wouldn't mind wearing a shirt like the one wer designed!

Here's my example. It's rather simple, but I think it looks good. I think the back of the shirt is missing something but I couldn't find anything good to put back there. If anyone has any suggestions about the front or the back of the shirt, go ahead and post it here.

Also I think the shirt would look good on: Black, Purple, and White Shirts (short and long sleeves).
 
I'm totally on board with this!

I drafted up a base shirt design on which you can put any smogon-ism you wish.
