Hi , I have some avatar centering issue.
It is correctly centered on messages (like this one), on conversations and on wall messages. It is correctly centered on "main page", on thread and when I click on my name in the right corner.
BUT when i click on the avatar itself for seeing my profile it isn't centered.
do you guys any way to resolve this :c ?

That's just how it works as far as I know. At least it's always been like this for me. You can even see it with my current avatar

In game tier lists should be discussed in their respective OI threads that already exist. The rest is a bit tricky, seeing as the articles section is currently closed. Orange Islands seems like the logical place for the rest of the ingame article stuff, but I would PM an Orange Islands forum mod before making a thread about it.
 
Hey, here's a question I ask out of curiosity if you don't mind,

Are ideas for new forums or sub forums in Smogon generally accepted? And if so, who is the right person to contact about new forum ideas? Also if new forum ideas aren't accepted, then I'd like to ask why if possible.

If there is something about this that I'm supposed to read then please do tell me, thanks!

I'm not sure if this could be more of an OU question, but I want to make a thread on OU (although this is a more general question). However, I have seen cases of threads being locked up by mods because they weren't approved or something. On smogon, how do I get a thread idea approved?

Also, let me know if this is more of a question for the OU SQSA thread. I just assume it's the same process for the entire forum, so that's why I am asking here.

You just need permission from a Forum Moderator, and you can get that by PMing them on Smogon or even Discord.

you can use this:

insert content
[/hide] without the period after [hide
 
Not sure where to post this because their doesn't seem to be a place in the SM UU analyses section, but when can we expect more UU skeletons to get posted (or move on to full write-ups)? Many of them have been tagged as "done" for quite a while and I've personally been waiting to see the Infernape analysis uploaded for almost a month.

QC teams for each respective tier may be discussing the analysis for last minute changes, as meta shifts happen a lot, especially in a tier that is having so many changes even as we speak. Full write-ups will most likely come along when the meta has mostly stabilized.

It depends from the type of the post.
One example is the suspect vote where only the players who get the requirements can post their vote.
In the policy review, instead only expert players and well known users can reply to the post.
Anyway if the post is well done, it says why you can't reply

I didn't explain it well… i can post in other threads, but i can't open one. "you have insufficient privileges to post" is the message that i see in the bottom of the page

I'm assuming you are trying to start a new thread?
Certain (well, most of them, let's be honest) subforums require you to have a moderator's approval to post a thread. Some of them outright prevent you from posting unless you are a mod or a smod (super mod) - for example, this subforum.
Becoming a mod requires being a good user, contributing, being homosexual, etc, and for a member of staff to notice that.
