I added the image onto ibb.co, took the image url, but it only pasted the link.

When I mentioned inserting an image onto a Smogon message, I mean something like this:

Use the Insert Image

button (make sure you've got

selected) to add the image's URL - be aware with ibb.co you may have to go through a few steps to get to the actual file - it will be the one with a .png or similar at the end of the URL.

I believe the HP percentage mod shows the enemy's current HP% rounded up, except when between 99 and 100% HP it'll show 99% HP to indicate they're not undamaged.

It's worth noting that if you attach an image, it doesn't actually show an extra attachment section in the final post unless it hasn't been inserted within the post itself.
 
1) Do you have to complete 6 suspects across unofficial tiers such as ndou and ndubers for example for tier contributor badge or will this not count have therefore will need 6 suspects completed in only ndou for example?

2) Does the tiering contributor badge grant access to “name changes for badgeholders” or do you need a more valued one?

Hi, I should probably know this, but had to double check.

1) TC counts badges in a specific ND tier, not the section as a whole (6 OU suspects are needed for example)

2) You can request a name change here. 'High value' name changes require quite a few badges
