Where can i find the viability rankings of the previous generations? for example VR of Gen 7 PU(also i'm not just looking for VR of Gen 7 PU, i want to know how to find the viability rankings of all of the tiers of every generation)

this has the links to the Gen 7 metagames. From there, find your desired metagame (in this case, PU) and find the VR thread.
TY but i also want to know VR of other generations as well not just gen 7.

Yes. Simply go to account details and next to your email, there should be a button that says change. Click it, then you can change it.

That is a custom title. This means that unless you have a badge, you cannot edit it.
The "I could be banned" title is not a custom one. It's a title that is put upon you as a warning because you did something wrong and you're on thin ice.
