Smogon WSC Week 10

Man, I want to do a sprite here soooo bad. Why'd this tournament have to be this week? Oh well. I'll see if I can't Coolify a pokemon by tomorrow.

Btw, I'm shocked about DV too. The Deoxys was the best, IMO. Well, there's judgin' for ya'.

EDIT: Can someone please un-sticky Week 4? It feels very out of place right now.

Okay, good news is that I was able to make a sprite for this week. :)

Bad news is, it ain't scratched. :( Oh, well.

Rawkot. Random thing I came up with that Coolified Chatot. What could make it cooler than a Ho-oh base? Things I changed:
Color
Wing-tips
Head
Ruffles
Also changed the color of the wings to make them resemble piano keys.

Just a suggestion: wouldn't it be better to put the sprites on an independent server as half the past winners don't show up. Maybe a photobucket account just for this, sine that'd help with everyone who submits bandwidth.
