Fine.

Substitute (25 HP) - Acrobatics - Acrobatics
If he uses Endure, use Encore on that action, push remaining actions back and replace Acrobatics with Air Slash.
If he uses Taunt, use Taunt on that action and push remaining actions back.

To finish off poor Toxicroak comes Madam Mim the Emolga WHOA STEALTH ROCKS. The small fuzzy rodent doesn't get off to a good start however; as it attemtps to create a decoy Toxicroak slaps it right in the face, causing it to flinch!
Following the Fake Out, 'Croak goes in for another swift strike, ambushing Emolga with a combo of Drain Punch and Sucker Punch! The attack restores enough HP to survive one round of Emolga's impressive Acrobatics, but the act continues and eventually knocks the amphibian out cold.
The mob attacks Emolga while also multilating Toxicroak's corpse.

Minor nitpick incoming. 90 [HP] - 15 [SR] - 10 [FO] - 21 [Combo] = 90 - 46 = 44 HP for Emonga.

Anyway, excellent job, Kailu.

Kioliu, it's your time to shine! We'll start with Sheer Force enabled.

Care to switch?

Keeping Madam Mim in right now would be suicidal! I believe now is a good time to send in Ursula the Jellicent.

Water Spout - Rain Dance - Hydro Pump
If he uses Double Team on action 1 or action 2, change action 3 to Surf
If he is underground on action 3 (ie, he used Dig on a previous action and hasn't resurfaced), change action 3 to Surf, making sure some of the water goes down the hole

Alright, let's see what we can do here...

Roar - Focus Energy - Pain Split
IF (Hydro Pump misses) THEN (Use Payback on A3 instead)

The less Ursula we see the better off we are!

As Rampardos is sent out of its ball, Objection recalls Madam Mim in favour of Ursula the Jellicent.
Jellicent starts the party, and despite losing a chunk of health to stealth rock still manages a devastating Water Spout against Kioliu. Kioliu's response is just to Roar menacingly. Jellicent seems terrified but is keeping its grip - for now.
Ursula then decides to get the weather on its side, using Rain Dance to summon a deluge! Rampardos still seems unfazed and simply Focuses its Energy.
Another powerful jet of water in the form of Hydro Pump knocks Rampardos into dangerous levels of health, but he's craftier than he seems, using Pain Split to even the odds just before the mob, seemingly re-enthused, beats up on Jellicent.
Jellicent then just can't take it anymore and runs away like a little girl... or a large, roundish, jellyfish girl...
To replace her comes the briefly-seen-before Ratigan the Raticate! He takes some damage from Stealth Rocks...

That went better than we could've hoped.

Brick Break - Rock Slide - Brick Break
IF (Counter) THEN (Ice Beam instead)
IF (Bide is used) THEN (Use Double Team (1) - Leer on the applicable actions (i.e. the turn that he starts using it and the turn after that))

Dig x 3

The energy cost is going to be overwhelming, but this way Ratigan should only take Stealth Rock and maybe lynch damage.
