- As much as possible, no activity wins will be awarded to a player except when the substitute pool has been exhausted; however, extensions may be granted on a case-to-case basis.
- During Round 1 of the Qualifying Swiss Rounds, anyone who drops out of the tournament or who has not responded to their opponent's initial scheduling attempt on a certain time frame will be substituted by a pool of players.
- In selecting the substitute pool, players who have signed up during the sign-up phase will have the highest priority, and will be randomly picked.
- Players who have signed up only during Round 1 of the Qualifying Swiss Rounds will be in a first come, first serve basis, once the existing substitute pool has been exhausted.
- During the subsequent rounds of the Qualifying Swiss Rounds, anyone who drops out of the tournament or who deems inactive in the entirety of the round will be substituted by a pool of players; however, the substituted player carries the record of the dropped player. Aforementioned selection process applies.
