Metagame SS LC

I have played a lot of SS LC tournaments this year and achieved great results in SSPL. Now I want to share a few teams I built myself.
1.CBfoo Voltturn https://pokepast.es/e81c688489a6c540
This team is my favorite team of 3. I think CB Mienfoo fits perfectly into the SS LC meta because this metagame lacks many Ghost-types. (This is inspired by the team Heysup used in ss lc Cup)The only viable Ghost-type may be Frillish, which also fears taking a Knock Off from CB Mienfoo.

Chinchou serves as a check to Vullaby, and in this team, the opponent can’t simply switch Ferroseed into Chinchou, because if they do, we can immediately bring in CB Mienfoo to apply pressure.

The bulky Porygon can not only use Teleport to safely bring CB Mienfoo onto the field but can also trap and remove Diglett after it eliminates one of our mons.

In my real game this team works perfectly.I believe this team is quite reliable, even though it looks like a gimmicky surprise squad.
2.Suntrap+Shellder https://pokepast.es/a6ba7f1acf1b96b7
The core idea of this team revolves around exploiting an unusual mechanic: I discovered that in sunny weather, this Diglett takes only 1/6 of the normal damage from Water-type moves. This means Mareanie's Scald deals even less damage to Diglett than Sludge Bomb.

Additionally, Life Orb Shellder hits surprisingly hard, with its main blind spot being Mareanie. Therefore, I considered using the Vulpix + Diglett combination to trap and remove Mareanie, while also providing Memento support for Shellder.

In realgame, my opponent played very cautiously, and I wasn't able to directly eliminate Mareanie—the core strategy never fully came into play. In the end, I narrowly won with the remaining solid mons.
3.Reflect Type Omanyte https://pokepast.es/b1ac8d759ef1a915
Shoutout DuGuo for this idea.
Reflect Type Omanyte can directly trade with Ferroseed and acts as a soft trap to discourage it from switching, as the opponent is unlikely to have a second Pokémon that can reliably wall Omanyte. To maximize this advantage, I paired it with the powerful special-attacking combo of Abra and Porygon, whose coverage is excellent but struggles against Ferroseed.

In the actual match, I recall my opponent was using a HO team, which exposed its weakness—strong offensive pressure but frail defensive backbone. Despite several mispredicts, I ended up narrowly winning through sheer luck.
GOAT without any doubts.
i created lo shellder and Reflect Type Omanyte 2025 and i will creat more fking set this year
