Hello! first time posting here, often electric is seen as an offensive type with its high speed high offense mons, but with its lack of weaknesses and a few underappreciated tanks i thought it'd be cool to try and build a more defensive/balance electric team. In addition to the sets provided mons like rotom-h/rotom-W and pincurchin can add even more, plus it's always fun to try something new.
 
Requesting a gen6 electric team built around the following for this week's CCAT:

Raikou @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Calm Mind
- Substitute
- Protect
- Shadow Ball

The above set is really good against psychic (the main type to beat in gen 6), grass as it's able to use subs to avoid leech seed, and electric. It also
helps stall rain turns against water with protect.
