Earthquake back then has a 81.3% chance to OHKO, an effective 100% after sandstorm damage. Hippo also has Slack Off to keep healthy so it can switch in multiple times over a match.

Even if the Tapu Koko does have Taunt, it's most likely a screens Tapu Koko, which has no recovery.
Tapu Koko at +6 literally can't one shot Chansey, only 2HKO, but Chansey can just swallow that and click. softboiled
