This should theoritically be the absolute worst you'd have to tank from Meteor Beam Necrozma, realistically it shouldnt be able to get to more than +2 (deals 43.6 max w/ heat wave, 55 with mbeam) unless stuff like tspikes are up or uve been chipped. Impish takes 60% max, which is equally good in this situation.

0- Atk Umbreon Foul Play vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Prism Armor Necrozma: 145-172 (43.2 - 51.3%) -- 6.6% chance to 2HKO
in return umbry 3hkos, can even toxic > wish protect if you need it healthy (and are willing to risk the double toxic miss into crazy shit happening). foul play even 2hkos after rocks. Should be good enough for a counter, Necro's not winning this unless umbreon is good as dead.

It resists geyser, and has cm + mystical fire to not care about meteor beam boots, and kiss heals it well enough. It's supposed to come in after sacking something, and then cm up and win the exchange. It takes a bit too much from a power herbed meteor beam to count as a counter (see what I did there hehe)

It’s ability to threaten top threats like thundurus lycanroc-d and Salamence is amazing, running through teams that rely on the latter as the ground immune. Nominating defensive Buzzwole as a counter. Buzzwole is incredibly physically bulky, and is able to come in on Thousand Arrows thanks to its Ground resistance. It does need to keep itself fairly healthy (i.e. at 80% HP or above) to avoid the 2HKO from Banded Outrage, but it immediately threatens Zygarde-10% with an OHKO with Ice Punch in return. It is able to spread Toxic on switch-ins (or even Zygarde if it decides to Outrage Buzzwole anyway, after which it can just Roost off the damage and wait for Zygarde to confuse itself or again threaten it out with Ice Punch).
