I discussed this with Head Tour Director TonyFlygon. We're going to treat this as a best of three, as both players went in with the understanding that that was what they were playing, and had and equal chance under that understanding. This makes HGgamer the winner.

As Roldski said, Beast Boost is not and has never been banned, so feel free to use it.

If possible playing is always preferable to activity wins, however I will certainly keep these posts in mind :)
