Ganondorf obviously needs a projectile that could be reflected with a well-timed punch (and re-reflected, and re-re-reflected, and so on...). There's a reason why he's on everybody's minds when they hear the term "tennis boss".

At the point they decided to put Falcon in Smash Bros., they pretty much needed to come up with a completely original moveset for him because it's not like he ever did any fighting before. He was (is) a racer with no real character development. Maybe that means he shouldn't have been in Smash to begin with but the novelty of such things just added to what made the original Smash 64 so appealing and why it's now one of Nintendo's biggest game series. What the fuck is a Falcon Punch? Where has Captain Falcon ever shown that brand of magical ability, or the mobility of Falcon Kick and Falcon Dive outside of his car (which is his Final Smash anyway)?
If that were reason enough then at the very least they would've redone Ganon for his Brawl appearance because of his dual sword style in Wind Waker (which is why I thought Hyrule Warriors gonna used Dual Swords in the first place). I think MrE is right in that a revamped character should but won't happen. After seeing Ganondorf in Hyrule Warriors Direct, it would seem weird if he remained a Captain Falcon clone. I mean, busting out two swords would certainly make up for going two games as a clone.
That's exactly how us Ganondorf mains feel about this issue
Okay, but, all of these things? They will result in me and many other people not having their favorite character anymore. And while they could just replace his less useful moves with stuff from Zelda, the vast majority of people crying for change seem to want a complete revamp.Lots of people want him to have a sword, some want his trident, I'd like to see him depicted as more a warlock (keep him fist fighting, but give him some projectiles). None of these are more accurate than the other, we just want some semblance of what makes this character Ganondorf.
Anyone who wants an excuse to have Ridley in Smash.Well yeah but who cares about a 28th anniversary?

The Ridley Signal's too big to make.sky ain't big enough for the ridley-signal
I'm really hoping they do the same thing with stickers if they're still in the game.![]()
Pic of the day. Here's the trophy gallery for the 3DS version. You can rotate the trophies by drawing circles on the bottom screen. Super Smash Bros. Brawl had tons of trophies, but rumor has it that the 3DS version alone may have more than Brawl. Looks like the Dr. Wily that we made from scratch for the 3DS version is on his knees in disbelief.

Here's something new--the trophy shop. If you're having a hard time getting certain trophies, why not just buy them? They sometimes go on sale, too.

Pic of the day. Victini and Xerneas are both support Pokémon. Victini's Victory Star boosts the attack of whoever throws the Poké Ball, and also prevents flinching. Xerneas's Geomancy increases the launch power of all fighters, but exceptionally raises it for whoever had the Poké Ball.
Why is there more in the 3DS version?
There better be a good enough reason to buy the WiiU version... Cause so far they are pushing the 3DS so hard without any huge news on the WiiU's "perks" over the 3DS version. Graphics are good, but content is better :(
