Grof [Ground/Bug]
It's wings aren't powerful enough to lift such a heavy body. It is capable of causing gusts of air using them, however.
It's going to be a split evo pokemon, I shown you the baby form before
Grobu - If speed > def --> Grof ---> Grofas
Grobu - If speed = def --> Groa ---> Grorage
Grobu - If speed < def --> Gref ---> Grofank

(Yes, I'm shit at making up names)

1st sprite - It seems as if you did good job doing a fake, but then an imp fucked up the quality, took away the outlines, screwed it a bit some more then gave it jolteons head ;(
2nd sprite - Much better, although there's lack of outline in some places, and there are some place where there is an outline but it shouldn't be. Also, our left is strangely positioned compared to wings, and the right hand has missing finger :(

Grofas [Bug/Ground]
Levitate
Although it might seem otherwise, it's body is actually quite lightweight. It's proud of it's strong wings, and spends most of it day flying around. It catches smaller pray such as HOUNDOUR with it's arms, then takes it to it's nest. It lives in mountains, although in cold seasons, it burrows itself underground, where it's digging speed is similiar to that of DUGTRIO. Most of it's body is highly toxic. However, it's horns were crushed in the past to make a medicine.
