Definitely not. Now it is too rigid.

You should probably just add the ball thing to the orange part, the grey part looks a bit awkward.

yeah, it looks better when it's multi colored. Now you just have to colour the hair and add the horns.

The tail is too fat. Try to make Charizards tail on it.

I also doesn't like to colour you have given it. Try to give it T-tar's colour or make it less orange.

And last: His left wing doesn't seem to be at t-tar's back. Maybe you could move it somewhat to the right side.

I hope I've given you a few (good) tips to make this fusion more beautyful.

I think you can place a part of Charizard's tail:
