Wow, missed the day -_- As for the sports inspector stepping up, I don't think it matters too much at this point; Pidge is all but clean and if I understand the way his role works properly unless it changes once all the sports are dead he's nothing but a thief at this point (assuming it's the same as Class' role, but it may be a different action).
