Alright folks, this is what we had that lengthy discussion about. This tournament is a full-advance tournament, with special rules. Rather than ban certain pokemon (besides ubers) I've decided to ban certain MOVES. They will be listed below in the RULES section. I figured this would be a way to get people to create new movesets for those tried and true pokemon. Hopefully this is a pleasant change from your normal tournament fare.

The number of participants depends on the interest shown. I'll start with 32, then upgrade to 64 (or 128 ) if necessary. That means don't worry if you try to sign up and there's already 32 spots filled. I'll be allowing people to sign up as subs after the list is full, since people have a habit of going AWOL in tournies :(.
THIS TOURNAMENT IS SINGLE ELIMINATION. IF YOU LOSE FIRST ROUND, YOU'RE OUT. SORRY!

NOTE: I am leaving town for the weekend starting tomorrow (saturday) and coming back Tuesday. I will update the list of participants when I get back, so don't worry if you sign up and I don't add you right away. I'll be on most of tonight to catch the early birds, so there will at least be SOME list up before I go.
